The best part of our visit was the service. The waitress who served us was incredibly nice and made us feel very welcome. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also great.
However, the food itself was just okay. We found it to be fairly standard, with nothing that surprised or wowed us. I was particularly disappointed with the Thai milk tea, as it tasted very watered down. Come for the pleasant environment, but manage your expectations for the food.

Had a night out trying this restaurant, plating is nice but the khao man gai (Hainanese chicken rice) chicken was very dry even with the sauce and dunked in broth for a while. The chicken sucks all your saliva in your mouth. The chicken probably died thirsty in this dish. This is nothing like what I tasted in Thailand.
Told the waiter was a little bit dry but got “educated” that the chicken in Thai street food is meant to be dry. The khao man (oily rice) is just some dry white rice with some ginger like strips on top. Even sauce and broth can’t save the chicken from dehydration. Their attitude was defensive and blaming that it’s the customers fault not know what the dish is like as if I have never eaten khao man gai in my life.
The satay tastes fine but could have a bit more sauce. The Pad Thai was okay nothing really special. Seating is a bit cramped but not uncomfortable. Thai milk tea was not sweet at all, feels diluted and the whole meal doesn’t feel is worth the price.
Also they have optional service charge written on the bill so you have to ask them to take it off when tips should be voluntary instead of guilt trapping.

Absolutely loved it here, we came on a weekday for the lunch menu and it was delicious. It was very busy but we managed to get a table with no waiting. The staff were so friendly and polite. We would definitely visit again to try the dinner menu

This restaurant had been recommended to me, so I decided to give it a try on a day trip to Chester. It’s located right in the historic centre, on pedestrianised Bridge Street. Plenty of outside tables. It was very busy when I arrived, but the waiter managed to find me a table near the window. The restaurant itself is small and cosy, with exposed brick walls, embellished with colourful decorations and little fairy lights. Thai music was playing in the background. Popular with Thai families and also young international travellers, all contributing to this place’s happy and vibrant atmosphere. Dog friendly too. The staff were welcoming, polite and attentive. There was an extensive drinks menu that included Thai beer and a wide selection of wines, but I wanted a soft drink so I tried a Thai iced tea with milk. Really refreshing, sweet and delicious – I loved it! Spoilt for choice with the food too – a great variety of authentic Thai dishes on the menu. I chose from the set lunch menu; you get one small plate and one main for £16.50, usually served together, but mine came separately. Ordered the maing moo grob (crispy pork belly with lettuce, peanuts and tamarind sauce), and the geang panang, a creamy red curry served with steamed rice (I chose to have chicken in my curry). The pork belly was tender and flavourful, and the curry was aromatic but not too spicy. The meal was reasonably priced, but did include an optional service charge. I enjoyed both the tasty food and the ambience of this friendly little café, and would certainly come here again.

Amazing place to go for food in Chester. Never been here before and I’m from the city, and it blew me away. Food was incredible, the dessert, in particular, was spectacular. Can’t recommend it enough and the service was exemplary. An intimate and delicious food experience in the centre of Chester.

Shout out to the waitress who served me. Customer service is key these days and for me is one of the difference makers as to whether I’d return or not. Food is so competitive. She was polite and friendly.

Really good service, nice atmosphere, but the food was just ok, I had the Pad Thai which tasted all right but was just so small. My wife had the Beef Massaman and the beef was both dry and full of gristle. I left still feeling hungry and after spending £80, wasn’t great.
