Moved from Miami to Flagler Beach a couple of months ago and was craving some Asian food. I am so happy I found this restaurant. I had the Spicy Pad Thai (Thai hot ) chef’s kiss! and for appetizers I had the steamed dumplings and shrimp shumai. The customer service was top tier, very kind and hospitable. Overall a wonderful experience with food that hits a perfect 10/10, authentic, delicious, and full of flavor I will definitely be coming back time and time again for this amazing Thai food.

I am leaving this review from my dad who has enjoyed his meals at Thai and I. Especially the Khao Soi Soup and the iced coffee!

I ordered take out for the first time. The pineapple fried rice with shrimps and chicken was excellent, very tasty but, the seafoods curry was very bland, no taste with a few pieces of very small thinly sliced scallop, maybe 10 tiny rings of squids , I didn’t want shrimps in it. So I feel that wasn’t worth $20 for this dish, I’ll go back again to try other dishes but will never order the seafoods curry again.

Really loved the basil crispy duck. Did Thai hot and thought the flavor was excellent. Others had drunken noodles and pad Thai. Recommend this place. Service good. This is was a year ago and we just went again June 2025 and still excellent. The owners are great.

Great service and even better quality food! The owners and workers are so kind, helpful and friendly. I loved my chicken pad Thai and we got the dessert of mango sticky rice to share and it was really yummy(although more condensed milk on the dessert would’ve made it even better)! There’s also plenty of parking in the back of the restaurant where the motel is it if there’s no available parking on their side/ main parking lot. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be coming back! One of the best Thai restaurants in the Palm Coast/ Bunnell area!

Several friends recommended Thai and I. I tried it for the first time (take out). I ordered two noodle dishes, Pad Se Ew and Pad Thai, and their House Fried Rice. I found the food bland, inauthentic, but somehow tasty. Pad Se Ew is made with Chinese Broccoli. That is why I ordered the dish. There was zero chinese broccoli in the dish and only two small florets of regular broccoli. The Pad Thai did not taste traditional and had no peanuts, lime, or chives as a topping. The fried rice had no taste either. On the positive side, the take out portions were ample, the food was fresh, and the variety of textures in the dishes were very welcomed. I do recommend Thai and I, and maybe the soups and curries are made more traditionally, but my two noodle dishes were far from what I would expect from a Thai restaurant with a good reputation.

From the outside this restaurant does NOT scream cozy, romantic atmosphere but what they lack in surroundings is more than made up in excellent food and service. Service was friendly & engaging and food arrived quickly & piping hot. Excellent flavor, good portion sizes and great selection of Thai food!

I have been hearing good things about Thai & I in Bunnell and had a chance to stop in for lunch today. The restaurant itself is a small building that sits on US1. I stopped here several years ago when it was a diner and wasn’t impressed but that wasn’t the case today.
We started out with fried dumpings, Wonton Soup and Tom Kha Gai soup with shrimp, (Thai spicy). The dumplings came out first and they were stuffed with pork. The dumplings were fried in a similar manner as Andaman’s on US1, (one of my favorites). They were delicious and I would order them again.
The soups came out next and they were just as amazing. The Wonton Soup was full of delicate wontons with fresh vegetables and herbs. The Tom Kha Gai soup was filled with shrimp and was extremely spicy! This was one of the spiciest soups that I have ever had at a Thai restaurant . They know they bring the spice here as there’s a sign that states refunds will not be given if you can’t handle the spice level ordered.
We ordered Thai & I Lemongrass with Chicken, (Lemongrass, bell peppers, cabbage scallions) and Thai & I Rama with Pork, (peanut sauce, broccoli, cabbage and carrots). The lemongrass dish was fantastic and had a nice little kick, (even though it was ordered at a level 1). The Rama dish was delicious as well. It was ordered Thai spicy and they delivered. The creamy peanut sauce added a nice sweetness and blended well with the tender pork and vegetables.
I’m glad to have finally had a chance to eat here and will definitely stop in again if I’m in the area.

Stopped by for an early dinner when driving across the state. Food was incredible and came out fresh and hot. I ordered the Pad Grapow and it was so good! I also order the mango sticky rice to go and was pleasantly surprised when I opened the container later that night.
