This place was a lot of fun! I loved the interior, and the food was pretty great! They had a wide range of spice levels that you can choose from, with zero judgment 🙂 the service was great, our server was super nice! Overall it was a fun experience, highly recommend for anybody looking for a good Thai place.

The atmosphere at this establishment is delightful, and the service is exceptional. While the Thai cuisine may not be entirely authentic, it is still enjoyable. Parking is available on the street for free, but spaces are limited. For those who prefer, there is also a paid parking lot located behind the restaurant.

Drinks were amazing and not watered down. Husband got the chicken stir fry and loved it. I got the teriyaki steak, medium. My steak had amazing flavor but way over cooked and tough. It was closing time but server assured me it was okay to remake but they had to have picked the fattiest steak to remake with, however, it was cooked medium and flavor again was great. We sat on the patio and it was just such a lovely atmosphere.

I will say this is a nice restaurant! I won’t go out of my way and say “I just absolutely HAVE to go,” but it’s definitely a nice place to eat. It’s a bit on the pricier side and it’s in the Oregon District of Dayton so traffic and parking may be challenging, but it’s a fine restaurant. The food is always fresh. The little side salad is amazing. The servers are very friendly. It feels a little crammed in the restaurant… but if you can get past that, then I’m sure you’ll love the food!

There was once a time where this place was raving with great food and quality service. It’s done a complete 360. We were served flavorless noodles with over cooked vegetables savagely drenched in oil. A restaurants experience always equates the food hence the papercups and dirty silverware we had to ask for twice to have a clean pair. The only saver was the cocktail we ordered. Maybe it was a slow day but, these were the worst conditions I’ve seen here as a frequent visitor when I am in Dayton.

I had an outstanding dinner. I had the hot and sour shrimp soup and the green salad for starters. I mistakenly thought they would be in small to medium size cups, but both were in regular bowls and were excellent. The pad Thai chicken was spicy sweet (5 scale heat out of 9) and was delicious. Taylor is an excellent waitress because of her service and friendly attitude. Not once did I have to get her attention to fill my water. She was consistently checking on customers and filling drinks. A great dining experience for me.

Love Thai 9, some of the best food in the Dayton area! They are always busy, so I would recommend calling ahead or making a reservation. But delicious food, an awesome beer selection full of local options, and good service made this for a great dining experience and certainly will go come back many more times! Also I appreciate that you can ask for chili oil to add a bigger kick to your food if you would like. I’m a big fan of their Pad Thai. Definitely recommend!

Place was hard to find, and then the food did not live up to expectations. The soup was cold, and the server said he could not heat it up. Ordered the house special at level 6 and could not taste any spicy level. Would not recommend this to my friends .
