We stopped by this restaurant during our holiday travel for dinner. We were little hesitant to try as we are completely new to the Gujarathi food. But we were completely surprised by the taste of the food and ambiance. Glad we tried the food. Food was delicious and gentle on the stomach which is what we wanted during our travel. Would definitely recommend this restaurant. Will love to return back in future

Based on recommendation of our friends, we went to eat authntic Thali specially from Chicago. We ate Gujarati and Kathiyawadi thali, Methi na Gota. All the items were awesome in taste and fresh. No frozen food like other restaurants. It was worth driving 1-1.5 hour for good food. Must try food!

LOOOOVED it! The offering of kathiawadi thali is a rarity around here and we did a half an hour detour to our trip to Chicago for this food and so happy we did it! Authentic ambiance with real sankheda furniture , a panipuri stall right at the entrance, and friendly hostess greeted us on arrival. We ordered Thalia and some snacks everything was spot on! Brought me back memories from Ahmedabad and Gujarat. Thank you!

What a great place in town. A wide variety of food on the menu. I had dosa and pav bhaji and chai. Everything was superb, from food taste, quality, portions and service. The staff is super kind and welcoming. Love the traditional authentic decor. Moderately priced, so I have to appreciate that. We drove 45 minutes to eat here and we were so glad we did. It was all worth it. Can’t wait to try their Thali and other items.

Great food (one of our party is native to India near the region this food is from and she was very pleased). I enjoyed it a lot and didn’t even notice it was vegetarian. You don’t have to be vegetarian to enjoy this! The staff were very nice. It was clean and cheerfully decorated. Very reasonably priced too!

The food was truly authentic, and the service was quick and attentive. We have lived in the U.S. for eight years and have never experienced such genuinely delicious, Indian authentic food. The restaurant had a wonderful ambiance, enhanced by traditional brass utensils. The owner and staff were extremely hospitable and welcoming.

We had pani puri, ragda patties, vagharelo rotlo, methi gota, kathiyavadi thali with extra bhakri and Rajwadi lassi.
We were literally unable resist from the food as everything was better than last one.
Must try: methi gota and vagharelo rotlo and my personal favorite live mohanthal, after you will surely feel being in paradise!!

I went there this evening with my wife and son. They had Indian food before but this was their first time trying Authentic Gujarati and Kathiawadi food. They absolutely loved it. Food was high quality and very delicious. 10/10 Service and 10/10 Taste. We will certainly visit again when in area.
