[This review is for One Noodle Bar] Good ramen place! We were heading to our regular ramen place on 4th of July but once we arrived, they are close. Wanting to eat ramen so bad, we googled other ramen places nearby that are open and this place popped up with good reviews so we decided to give it a try. Once stepping in, we were a bit skeptical because nobody was there. The place is decently decorated but nothing fancy. They have several locations so that probably guarantee that they are good enough. We order tonkotsu ramen, karaage, and takoyaki. All are delicious! Being in SLC, I judge this by comparing to other restaurants in the proximity and this by far one of the best I have tried. They give a lot of noodles that my parents couldn’t finish their bowl. What I appreciate is that the temperature of the foods are perfect. If you eat takoyaki often, you probably know that it can burn your tongue if you are not careful enough. It’s not the problem here. The foods are warm and you can dig in every dish right away. I would definitely come back and recommend this to anyone.

This is my 10 year old son and I’s absolute favorite lunch spot. The lunch special is amazing value. The food is SO fresh, gorgeous ingredients, so many options, such kind service and the music is rad. Excited for them to get their beer/wine license for more dinner visits soon!

I came here hoping to get one noodle bar, but it looks like it’s closed down. They’re still using the same profile from one noodle, so I think these reviews are more favorable than they would be for this restaurant. I came here on a Wednesday night, it was fairly busy, but there was only one kitchen worker and one front of house worker. I think it’d be better if the could have more staff, but I know it can be hard to keep staff these days. I ordered the yellow curry with chicken and the curry puffs. The curry puffs were cooked well on the outside, but the inside was cold which was off putting. The yellow curry was a pale yellow, not the rich yellow I’m used to at every other Thai restaurant I’ve been too. It also had an oddly sweet taste which was not appetizing. The white race that came on the side was undercooked and chewy/crunchy. My fork was also dirty when given to me with some residue on it. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t come here again due to the plentiful Thai options nearby that are much better. Disappointed one noodle bar isn’t here anymore.

We had a great dining experience with the flavors of all the dishes that we ordered. It hit all the right places of our pallets. The food is freshly prepared and served to steaming hot. The crab fried rice is like a meal on its own. The avocado curry was spot on. We will definitely come back and try more flavors. This restaurant is the top of our list for Thai restaurants.

Just found the my goto ramen restaurant changed to Thai food. They still retain the Google map reviews and ratings of old ramen restaurant but with new business.

New Thai Food is not bad, menu have some more options than ramen.

But, 20% of tipping rate is too high, plenty other local restaurants charges 15%. I will probably stick with other restaurants in the community until they fixes their rate.

Tried the spicy tonkotsu and it was really good. The broth had a good amount of spice but not too spicy. The service is great as well. Definitely going to keep coming back!

We had dinner here for the first time, and, WOW, this place is a gem! The restaurant had cute decorations up for Valentines Day and was very clean. Our server, who, I believe, is the owner/manager, was so nice, accommodating, and helpful.

The Thai iced tea was divine, the best I’ve had for ages. We ordered one, then two more after that because we liked it so much. It was super creamy and not crazy sweet, with an aromatic, lightly spicy flavor.

We ordered a noodle dish, a stir-fry, and their chicken tonkatsu in a curry sauce, which was on special. The food did not disappoint! Perfectly fried tofu, tender chicken, crisp veggies, complex flavors; everything was absolutely delicious. A+++

Thank you for an amazing meal. We will definitely be coming back!

I tried the vegan shojin ramen along with the garlic spicy edamame and wow! Both were absolutely amazing! The flavors were rich, fresh, and so satisfying. The portions are really generous, and honestly, the prices are more affordable than a lot of similar spots I’ve been to. The service was great too; friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The vibe is casual yet super fun, and everything was spotless clean. Seriously, this is my new go to ramen spot. Highly recommend! Love the vegan options here for sure, but my family enjoyed the none vegan options as well!!!

From the moment you step inside, you’re welcomed by the warm glow of golden lanterns and the delicate aroma of lemongrass and jasmine rice drifting through the air. Each dish is a vibrant work of art, thoughtfully crafted with fresh herbs, bold spices, and authentic Thai flavors that strike the perfect balance between sweet, savory, spicy, and tangy. The silky curries, fragrant stir-fries, and beautifully presented plates reflect both tradition and refinement. Paired with attentive service and an elegant atmosphere, the experience feels less like dinner and more like a journey through Thailand’s rich culinary heritage
