I LOVED moon Thai Express. They had the best food and best service. Went in tonight and the food is awful. They’re super rude and didn’t get part of my order. I will never go to TGI Thai again. I was not offered delivery of the order I was told I could come pick it up. I replied by saying I was not going to drive back and said I probably would not go back to TGI Thai. I then tried eating my drunken noodles and the meat was so dry I threw everything away and ordered from another place.

I enjoy vacationing in Thailand every few years. Sometimes I just hang out on Sukhumvit in Bangkok, other times I spend a week at the beach in Phuket. Regardless, where I am, I always enjoy a good Thai meal. Discovering TGI Thai has been fantastic. It’s the closest I can get to authentic Thai food in Colorado. I have been there 3 times so far and it’s been delicious each time. I love to start off with the Tom Yan soup and then enjoy the Thai Basil entree for my dinner. The Tom Yan soup is served as spicy as you request. Mine was perfect. I can’t wait to go back!

Never tried so hard to order from a restaurant only to still fail. No website, no working phone number (at least on Google but since they have no website…) and when trying to use Doordash costs for delivery. I don’t necessarily mind that but I would rather just order online and pick up myself honestly and couldn’t do that. After 15 minutes of trying and failing, finally gave up and ordered from Cherry Thai instead.
