Glad we had a fantastic time here recently. The atmosphere was welcoming and the food was truly great. Their steak is what we’re like the most. We even ordered 2 of them to share together. What really made the experience stand out was the exceptional service. I want to give a huge thank you to Faisal for his hard work. He made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. His positive attitude and efficiency truly elevated our meal.

We visited this outlet on New Year’s night. After trying at least five other restaurants and being told they were already closed since it was around 10 pm, we finally walked into TGI Fridays and thankfully, they were still open.
The area was extremely crowded due to a New Year’s concert nearby, so we didn’t expect much. Surprisingly, the staff were very efficient and quickly arranged a table for the five of us. Even with the massive crowd, our food arrived much faster than expected, and everything was served hot and tasted great.
The staff were attentive, fast, and very responsive. Whenever we requested a refill for our bottomless drinks, they came almost immediately. My daughter even reminded me to write a good review and honestly, they truly deserve it. A solid 5-star experience.

The food was quite disappointing for us. The nachos were soggy, and the cheese texture felt very off, almost glue-like. The burger patty was dry and not juicy as expected.

We still finished the food to avoid wastage, but we wanted to share this feedback so the food quality can be improved.
On a positive note, the service was excellent. The Indian lady hostess was very welcoming, active, and attentive, and the servers were great as well. The drinks were also very good.

The food was delicious and served in generous portions. The ribs were tender and flavorful, and the appetizers were great for sharing. Drinks were refreshing, and the dessert selection was a perfect sweet ending to the meal.
Overall, great food, excellent service, and a lively environment. Definitely a place I’d recommend and will return to again!

It’s been a while since I’ve been back at TGIF but I think the food quality has definitely gone up since then. Absolutely loved the creamy buffalo chicken pasta! The pasta was creamy and the chicken was juicy with just the right amount of kick. A great twist on comfort food—would definitely order again.

Nice clean and cosy place. Music is nice. I ordered the bbq chicken salad and it was good. And for my friends, not so lucky with their orders. Salmon is overcooked. Nachos were limb. Jambalaya shrimp, mushy rice and its sad.. Drinks were ok.

The quality of service and food has dropped. Kids menu is the typical low quality junk food. TGIF has dropped over the years. Staffs need etiquette training. Staffs were rude and unwelcoming.
Atmosphere of the cafe was stuffy and hot. They used the cooler machine and we still felt hot.
The only decent feedback I can give are the burgers were pretty decent and quite good.

To tell you truth, it’s been some time since I’ve done a TGIF. Fond memories of going to them growing up and going on holiday with my parents. However, I remember the chips and salsa being a little more impressive.
