We had an absolutely incredible night at TGIF! The cheesy cheese burger was heavenly good! Best cheese burger I ever had!! & sides were also great and tasty. Too bad we couldn’t finish our foods cause we were full in the middle of the way! I gotta add the staff were also super kind and friendly! We’ll definitely visit again!

Stopped in for lunch, I got the two bleu bacon burger. The burger was really good, came with fries. The service was good as well. The only issue was that it was $30. It wasn’t $30 good. Got a diet coke and with an 18% tip plus tax and tourism levy the bill was $50. I understand it is a tourist area but it seemed a little gougy. Probably would have gone somewhere else if we had time.

There where very few people here, made us a bit nervous. Seated quickly. Slim pickings on beer selection. Ordered burger, was told couldn’t have pick either medium well to well. Burger was worse burger I’ve ever had. Fries where great, food came quickly. Waitress didn’t inquire as to why the burger wasn’t eaten. Meal for two over $90 us. I ended up only eating two bits of burger, the meat looked and tasted horrible. Brownie obsession came as expected. I wouldn’t eat here again, it’s safer to find a different place.

TGI Fridays in Niagara Falls is a solid choice for those looking to enjoy a casual meal in a fun, upbeat atmosphere. Conveniently located near the bustling attractions of the Falls, it’s a great spot to relax and recharge after sightseeing. The menu offers a wide range of American classics, including juicy burgers, sizzling steaks, and their famous appetizers like the loaded potato skins and mozzarella sticks, which are always a hit.
The ambiance is lively, with vintage décor and a laid-back vibe that fits the tourist-friendly setting. However, due to its location, it can get quite busy, especially during peak hours, which sometimes affects wait times and service speed. Despite this, the staff is generally friendly and tries to keep up with the crowds.
One downside is that the prices can be a bit on the higher side compared to other locations, likely due to the tourist area. Nevertheless, the portion sizes are generous, and the food quality is consistently good, making it worth the visit.
Overall, TGI Fridays in Niagara Falls is a reliable spot for a casual meal with a fun atmosphere, perfect for families and groups looking to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the Falls.

We had such a great experience here tonight! Kaitlyn was our server (Feb.5th) and she was helping the whole restaurant and yet she still had amazing customer service. She was friendly, approachable, upbeat, helpful, and attentive! The food is yummy but the service was impeccable!

Great stop to eat with We-Go Blue Line bus dropoff right out front on the way back from the Falls. Indoor seating with wraparound bar. Limited outdoor seating. Standard menu with burgers, fries and desserts. Unfortunately, Pepsi products. Abby was a personable and attentive server. Double chocolate brownie with ice cream and lots of nuts was ideal.

The wait was long, and my appetizer and main entree arrived together (most likely the kitchen’a fault).
The appetizer Buffalo Chicken Tostado Nacho is half cold and half warm.
The entree Friday Signature Whiskey-Glazed Platter wasn’t much better. The food was also a bit cold, there are lots of chicken tenders, but they’re so hard and chewy that they feel like dog treats, and taste very bland.
The atmosphere is enjoyable and the waitresses are doing well with what they can manage.

We were worried about the review but decided to give it a try. We ordered chicken fajita, spinach dip, Cajun chicken sandwich and jalapeno poppers, everything was delicious. Our waitress was amazing!! Super friendly and very helpful with her recommendations. Will definitely be back.

Went to TGI Friday’s with a group of 6. The restaurant is huge and feels a little weird when there is only a handful of tables seated in the dining area. We wanted a table where we could watch the football game. Midway through the meal they changed the channel off the football game and you could only see the game on the TV furthest away from our table.
I ordered the steak and chicken fajita sizzler. It came out very hot. The chicken was nice and tender but the steak was a little bit chewy. It came with some sides of sour cream, salsa and guacamole but there wasn’t enough for the amount of tortillas and fajita meats and vegetables.
My dish was served hot but others in the group had cold fries with their meals.
I ordered a brownie obsession for dessert. It was rich and everything I would have expected. I would return in the future if it was busier as the atmosphere would be better. I’m not sure how many members of my group would go back as their meals were partially cold and mediocre at best.

My wife and I genuinely enjoy the food at TGIF, but the customer service has been consistently atrocious during our last two visits. The staff has been unfriendly, unprofessional, and altogether unhelpful.
Unfortunately, tonight was no different. With only two tables occupied, the restaurant wasn’t busy at all, yet we were barely greeted by the hostess before being seated in the bar area. Within moments, we were put off by the foul-mouthed bartender, who was loudly having a personal conversation—complete with constant cussing—with what seemed to be a friend. Her behavior was beyond unprofessional.
We ultimately walked out. Who wants to sit and listen to an employee complain and curse while trying to enjoy a meal? Sadly, this seems to be the standard level of customer service at the TGIF inside the Wyndham Grand.
