I ordered the Spinach Artichoke dip with chips and salsa. Their Spin Dip is good enough to have as my entree. I didn’t want to eat too heavy that late at night. I did try a bite of the Pretzel Bites with the cheese sauce it came with and it was surprisingly yummy! The Pretzel Bites are light on the inside and thinly crisp on the outside; with the perfect amount of salt on them. The dip that came with them is even more satisfying. After that I figured why not try a mozzarella fried bite? They are served hot with cheese oozing out of them turning into the perfect extreme long cheesy bite you want. I had my fork in everyone’s plate by then. So, I ended up eating a piece of shrimp and bell pepper with cheese from the Chicken and Shrimp Sizzling Skillet. The seasoning on the shrimp was great. I scraped off some of the sauce It came with because I really wanted to taste the flavor of the shrimp and cheese with bell pepper. Delicious and sizzling. As it should be. Our waitress last night made sure she passed by the table several times to make sure our needs were meet. I appreciate that. Job well done. She did it so well that I ordered a Shrimp Salad to go. She was busy and moving fast past our table. However, she made eye contact every time and stopped when we needed her. I only took away one star because the salsa was store bought pace picante sauce. This is OC, CA. I expect fresh salsa. Also, the booth we were seated in wasn’t clean. I had to flag down the gentleman that seated us and ask if he would wipe off the booths seats.

These restaurants are few now and this one is still good… had a reservation and was seated within 5 minutes our server was kind and good service just overall great experience.

We had a great time during happy hour on a Tuesday night! The food and drinks were delicious and the service was excellent! Jordan was our server and she was super friendly, courteous and attentive. We really enjoyed our time there with the great food and Jordan’s service.

They have the $10 or more meal deal. The fudge brownie with icecream on top is a must try. Kids meal comes with 3 mozzarella and chicken strips is pretty good.

A solid choice for dinner! We were pleasantly surprised by the service here, by everyone but especially our stellar server Jordan! She was so sweet and so attentive, comparable to fine dining quality of service. Truly enjoyed our meal – it’s exactly what you want for an easy but yummy dinner.

I went to TGI Fridays with my brother yesterday, and at first our experience was a bit disappointing. When we were seated, the person who took us to our table was supposed to be our server, but when we were ready to order, she spoke to us in a tone that felt rude and rushed us to order. Because of that, we didn’t end up ordering everything we originally wanted and that made me feel a bit mad. I asked another employee that I wanted to speak with the manager to make a complaint and I explained to him what happened. The manager was very understanding and immediately helped resolve the issue by assigning us a new server. Our new server Jesus was great, he was very respectful, patient, and attentive. He allowed us to take our time ordering and told us what was on everything we ordered unlike the previous server and he consistently checked on us throughout our meal. I recommend him as a server 100%. I really appreciate how the manager and restaurant handled the situation and made things right. Thanks to that, our experience improved a lot, and we left feeling satisfied.

My fiancé and I wanted to use Apple pay so our server took us to the kitchen (which is where the card reader was) and we were disturbed to see that the employee expediting food and handling plates had her hair down with nothing but her bangs pinned back. The food was good but knowing that the staff handling our meals have their hair loose, we will not be returning.

Our bartender Joshua made us feel like regulars even though it was our first time meeting him. He was appropriately attentive, informative and catered to our specific needs with nothing but a great attitude. We will be back to see him asap. Food and drinks were good as usual but he made this visit.

There were not many people there at all. Took us forever to get seated! She sat us down and took our drink order and never came back. Another waiter apologized and took our order. Good thing we weren’t in a hurry, good took a while also. Ticket took a while to get to us. It seemed like the guy was doing the entire restaurant while the lady was running around doing absolutely NOTHING!

Came here with a friend for an evening drink. There was no wait, as we sat at the bar. Full bar, so the bartender was super busy. Personally, I think that they could have used another server/ bartender that Friday night if you asked me. I ordered a Modelo (Michelada style) and my companion ordered a Margarita. It took an extra minute to take our order. Perhaps because they could not anticipate that we already knew what we wanted to eat, as we were just getting an appetizer with our drinks. We ordered the signature Whiskey glaze trio appetizer. Food was amazing! Dining tables were either in use, or prepped for next use. Facilities clean and well maintained. Staff were Awesome! Customer service was on point. Definitely a 5-star rating!
