I enjoyed everything about this place, this was my first time dining in. The service was amazing we had a waiter Cal, best service we had in a very long time. He was so friendly, funny, polite and gave good recommendations. A shot out to the chef also, the food was delicious! I went on a Saturday night with my husband, daughter and my small son. Very family friendly!!!

Wonderful staff and great service, we had the pleasure to meet Rema and Carla what a delightful and lovely bartenders , they are very attentive and helpful with any questions about menu and suggestions. For sure we will return soon.

To start we had the best waiter Nina who was on point and very thorough. We were treated like royalty by the GM Joel who also assisted the waiter and was very attentive. The food was simply amazing and very cost efficient. I have paid way more for food that was not as tasty. Took pictures after I pigged out…lol We will definitely be returning with friends!!!!

Main dish 2/5
I myself got the “Cajun Shrimp & Chicken Pasta” and my partner got “Sizzling Shrimp & Chicken. My chicken was dry and flavorless, while his was soft and flavorful, he also told me my shrimp was better than his. As for my dish being “Cajun”, I feel some would be more offended by that claim…Not bad overall, just pick out the chicken.

For our appetizer we got “Spinach & Artichoke Dip,. Best decision we made. Though when I had it with my bread, I was very disappointed with the chips because they do not do it justice enough.
Drink 3/5
No alcohol for us, I believe I got the “Raspberry Tea”. Delicious, but if you often think things are “too sweet”, you probably won’t like it.
Service 4/5
Our server was great, we actually felt sorry because we were so emotionless and hangry to have conversation or look up from our plates (our first real meal that day) But we did get seated right next to the bathroom and kitchen, so I’m taking a point for that.

We visited this location twice and the food was hot and delicious.Both time we visited the manager, Joel was always serving table while greeting customers with a genuine smile. Joel is what we call, multi tasking manager at its finest. This type of management skills are what you call Old School customer service.
Our waiter, Kris (same as before) he was the ultimate waiter. He was very patient and very attentive. Love this guy!

Staying at a nearby Hotel and flying outta Houston in the morning. Stopped here to grab a bite. Loved the Potato Skins. Cajun Shrimp n Chicken Pasta was great, I shared my plate with my 17 month old grandson. My son ordered a Loaded Cheese Fry Burger.. So good!! Daughter ordered a steak with mashed potatoes and cole slaw. Great service. Thank you.

Prompt seating. Efficient, courteous and attentive waitstaff. Wait time on food was minimal. Food was exceptional! I love TGI and have missed them since they shut down in Tyler. So glad we stopped in for lunch on our way home!

Came in yesterday 1/18/2024 around 3:45 – 4:00pm and unfortunately I didn’t get the bartenders name, but she was awesome! And to the kitchen, the food was fresh! The place was clean. I’d passed this place for a while and said I’d check them out and glad I did!
Especially since I’m looking for a place to unwind after work or drinks on Friday. I had the Mojito and Long Island tea…Excellent!!!!

Had a wonderful experience I was welcomed and seated very quickly. My waiter was very friendly and welcoming. Didn’t let us get to the bottom for another drink. Just overall appreciate how genuine and he really left an impression. The food was really good to we had the loaded potatoes skins as an appetizer and they were perfect not hard not soft and just enough crunchy. My husband got the bucket of bones and the ribs were good the wings were a little dry though they were dried up like where did the sauce go. Wasn’t to expensive. But this rating is due to the waiter. He asked me and my husband if I would like a to go cup and no restaurant has ever asked me that!! Just thought of everything. It was a great vibe definitely will be coming back! Thank you Jacob! really made our little date night hat much better.

Came in during Happy Hour and stayed for dinner. Unfortunately, we ate before we remembered to take pics . Our bartender and server Juan was AMAZING!! He’s never kept us waiting and his service was impeccable. We can’t wait to come back. Hubby enjoyed his burger and we also enjoyed some bar bites during Happy Hour.
