We came late night last week after a concert. There was 1 server on name Tristan and he was so wonderful! His section got filled pretty fast and he handled it like a champ. He was upbeat and friendly. His manager, Brian, was in the back helping cook, he was running food, he was checking in on tables and helped bus. He was great. The food was fantastic. The spin dip is always a winner. The food was great but the service was better!

We are in town on vacation and stopped for a quick bite to eat. Well, it was downhill from the start. We waited for a bit longer than expected to be seated even though there was no one waiting in front of us. There was just no one at the door to greet us. After maybe 5-10 minutes our waiter finally came to greet us. Since he had taken so long to show up, we were ready to order. There was only 3 of us so it wasn’t a hard order, but he had to read it back to us several times to make sure he got it correct. With that being said, our food still came out wrong. But before we get to the main course, let’s start with our drinks and appetizer. Our appetizer (potato skins) came out before our drinks. We ordered raspberry tea. My mom got her food promptly after the appetizer. The rest of us didn’t get our food until she was almost completely finished. I ordered a simple bacon cheese burger, nothing fancy, it came out without bacon! The waiter to check what he wrote down to be sure he wrote down the correct item, he did, but as a server in a past life, you always should make sure your food is correct before bringing it out to your guests. Needless to say, we won’t be returning to this location, nor will we return to TGI Fridays again. Oh, and I should mention that we were there around 2:00 on a Tuesday, the restaurant was NOT busy.

I gotta say that the food is great for the most part. My husband always gets the ribs as they’re his favorite, and the mac and cheese is always on point. But I go for the atmosphere and awesome service done by Coley! He does such a wonderful job at making sure you get what you want and need, and has a great attitude while doing it as well. Also, he’s a fun guy to converse with and have around. The drinks aren’t half bad either Can’t go wrong with any of their selection!

Wonderful place for my friend’s retirement get-together. Our waiter was a bit overwhelmed (forgot my water!), but Tanika at the host’s station had a great smile, and her positive vibe permeated through the whole restaurant!

We celebrated our 8 yr old daughter’s birthday here and it was such a perfect place for 10 people to eat, open gifts, and have a cake! Our server was amazing and handled our large group with a great attitude and attention. Thank you for making our family get together special! **Also, everyone was amazed at my huge million dollar Cobb salad with steak substituted for chicken. Wish I had taken a photo!

Our experience at TGI Fridays was okay. The food was decent but nothing to complaint about nor highlight. The service was extremely slow despite the restaurant not being very busy, which made our experience not as good as it could have been. The location is good however, as you can walk from the Mall of America to this establishment via pedestrian bridge.
