Service isn’t bad, not good either. The food taste like it was frozen and then microwaved and is extremely overpriced. I went with the chicken tenders because usually that’s pretty safe, nope. I was in town for work and luckily found the Mexican restaurant across the parking lot. It’s a shame the quality of TGI Fridays is bad now compared to what it used to be and the prices are higher than what they used to be. Go figure…

Absolutely appetizing display of food but it had a bland taste. The loaded tots were not good, I would describe it as a complete disappointment. The sliders were bland and the buns were hard. I thought the fries were well seasoned, the person I was with thought her’s were flavorless. The exception were the boneless wings, they had good flavor. Waitress and host were friendly. Super icy parking lot. I fell. I live in Minnesota so that happens.

Disappointing Experience – Wouldn’t Return
We ended up at TGI Fridays (Minnesota airport location) after our Sun Country flight was canceled. We had food vouchers that we thought we could use here, but unfortunately, the manager said they weren’t working. I did see him try to run them, and they were declined — not his fault. We ended up paying $86 out of pocket and even tipped $10 because the manager was kind and did try to help us.
However, the rest of the experience was just awful. Our server avoided us every chance he got. Anytime we had a question or issue, he’d make excuses or not even pass along our requests to the kitchen.
We ordered the Friday Feast (3 meats), and the food quality was unacceptable:
• The mac & cheese was cold.
• The broccoli had mold on it.
• The pork ribs were so dry we couldn’t eat them.
• The sirloin, ordered medium, came out well done and tough.
We ended up throwing most of the food away.
We came back the next day and spoke with Terry, the manager, who was very understanding and said he’d email us a gift certificate to make it right (will update on this). He even offered food or drinks to go, which was thoughtful. But honestly, after that experience, we wouldn’t eat here again.
We didn’t go back to complain — just to make them aware of how bad the food and service were. Hopefully, they take it as constructive feedback and improve for future customers.

Mike K is an AMAZING BARTENDER he had great customer service over the phone he’s actually the reason we can in… and when we arrived to the establishment he greeted us right away at the bar and took our food and drink order… the chef sent out moldy broccoli and Mike had them correct it very quickly unfortunately it had already cross contaminated the rest of the food on my plate… I would definitely recommend this Fridays for an after work drink made by Mike….. honorable mention Terry M. came in with some conflict resolution in the last min and made the moral in the establishment high again!

Loved the food. Our food when it came out wasn’t hot but wasn’t cold it was the right temp of being hot enough that when you eat it doesn’t burn your mouth. Their new balsamic chicken pasta dish was very good husband loved it. He also loved his whisky glazed burger. I will say the whisky glaze is very sticky so you may wanna wash your hands after your full done eating. The cook and server were super friendly as well.

Came by at 115pm. Not busy at all. Ordered my food and it areived in a timely manner. Haven’t seen my waiter since I placed my order. I have been done eating for over 10 mins, and waiting for my check. Literally stuck in the restaurant while I leave this review. I would quench my thirst but my glass has been empty right after my food arrived. Terrible service here. Will not be returning to this location. Editing my review, still waiting for over 20mins now.

TGI is home to me and my friends. We always find ourselves coming back here lol. I know it doesn’t look like anything special but the food was really good and hit all of our American food cravings.
Pros:
– free chips & salsa w/ the app
– a breadstick in my side salad!!
– luv the strawberry lemonade
– mac + cheese was super cheesy, super good
I will say the prices are quite a bit higher than what we remember but that’s like any place nowadays.

Had a horrible experience at this restaurant. Upon being seated we didn’t see our waitress for 20 minutes. When she did finally come we ordered our food and drinks. Our food came out before our drinks did and we had to flag down the waitress to even finally get those nearly 15 minutes after our appetizers arrived. We didn’t see our waitress again for close to an hour after that and had to ask another waiter to find her so we could get another drink. After waiting closet to another half hour without any new drinks arriving we had to flag down a different waiter to bring us our check. Only while explaining to the other waiter that we didn’t receive the new drinks and we wanted them taken off the check, did ONE of the two drinks we ordered arrive. The food was decent and I have no real complaints about that. The cocktails we did receive (eventually) were delicious and I would have ordered more had we actually had the service I expected.
