What happened to TGI Friday’s?
Used to be an awesome place for food and drinks.
Basic pasta was barely warm. You can even see the cheese on top didn’t melt. Took forever to arrive. That was mid afternoon on a Sunday. Not busy at all. Chicken on the pasta had major burn marks that tasted bitter – that’s not standard grill marks from the grill. Other plate with ribs that were burned on the bottom.
Neighbor table told server she had a birthday and server said they don’t do anything for birthday anymore. Weird.
This location definitely had a lot of Christmas decor so I will give credit where its due. Haven’t seem so.much decor in other places, even if before Thanksgiving.

We stopped in at TGI Fridays at Oakwood Plaza for lunch with three of my adult children last weekend, and I’m so glad we did. With all the construction, I honestly thought the plaza was shut down—but this was such a pleasant surprise.
Our server, Ashley J, was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. She made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down and really took great care of us. Definitely a personality! The chicken wings and spinach dip were delicious, and the margaritas were even better! We had drinks, great food, and a really enjoyable time together…..
Had to sneak over and get a drink and some lunch again TODAY… by myself !!!!!!!! 🙂 Huge thanks to Ashley J and Michelle for making my lunch break fly!

I must say that I really enjoy TGI Fridays but today’s service was absolutely phenomenal thanks to Ashley M. She was super nice and helpful. Most importantly she really came through from our food to our drinks she was fantastic. We will most definitely be back again soon. Thanks again Ashley M. those drinks were Delicious

This place has come a long way in the last few months, everything has improved greatly specially the service area, Sandy the manager has brought a breath of fresh air and positive energy to the place and it shows everywhere from the service attitude to the clean bathrooms that smell fresh!
The staff has followed her lead by being more attentive and paying attention to the small details all along, kudos to Mike who is always ready to take care of you and Kaitlyn who I wish was there full time.
In a nutshell I am glad that Tgi is in my neighborhood and I am definitely a fan!

My experience at TGI Fridays was truly amazing! From start to finish, everything was on point. The wait wasn’t long at all, the food came out amazing, and the drinks were strong and perfectly made.
Our waitress Michelle was absolutely amazing. Even though she was by herself and it was extremely busy, she handled everything so professionally and efficiently. Not once did she lose her smile or positive attitude. She was attentive, kind, and made sure every table was taken care of.
You truly have an amazing waitress on your hands, and she definitely deserves to be recognized and rewarded for her outstanding service. Employees like Michelle are the reason customers keep coming back! ️

Amazing first experience at TGI Fridays!
Last night was my very first time ever visiting TGI Fridays, and I had an absolutely amazing experience! We don’t have them where I’m from, so I wasn’t sure what to expect but everything exceeded my expectations.
Our waitress Michelle was exceptional super attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever having to ask. The wait time was not long at all, and the food came out hot, fresh, and delicious.
The host Ashea welcomed us with a warm smile and had such a welcoming personality, which set the tone right from the start. On top of that, the DJ was playing all the old-school songs from my era, which was a huge bonus and made the vibe even better.
Overall, the service, atmosphere, and food were all on point. I truly enjoyed my experience and can’t wait to come back again. This was a perfect first impression of TGI Fridays! ✨

Rigo was our server and he did a great job. I brought my pops jist to get the Cheeseburger special and even though we didnt have an expensive tab he still treated us with the same attentiveness he would have a much larger table. Great guy, and i hope hes my server next time. Also we order the burgers medium, and they came out perfectly medium.

Came to this location tonight with my family and I must say we had a wonderful experience! There was a DJ outside my children danced outside to the music for 10 minutes before entering! When we walked in we were greeted by the host whom was friendly and sat us right away! Sasha came to our table right away and was amazing! She suggested a Thunder bolt drink which came within minutes and was soo tasty! We ordered kids meals and I got the Cajun pasta which I enjoyed! Also the blonde manager dropped off the kids meals and she was very nice as well! Overall wonderful experience and will be returning!! The Christmas decorations looked great!
