Came here with the family specifically for the ribs and wings, and they did not disappoint! The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, and the wings were crispy and full of flavor. The whiskey-glazed chicken was also a big hit. Great, quick service and a fun atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

You have to wait a very long time to order here, then you have to wait a long time to get your food, then you have to wait a long time for them to bring your check and then another long wait to get your credit card. The whole thing was so annoying, but we had driven four hours to the area and was hungry and made the terrible decision to have dinner here. We had potato skins as our appetizer, a chicken rice bowl and Cesar salad. We throughly enjoyed our drinks. They are known for their mudslide and it was delicious! But our server was not attentive and barely came to our table. We had to flag down other servers to help us. If you were attentive, I would have left an amazing tip, but since your service was sub par, you deserve the tip I left!

My wife and I had an exceptional dining experience at TGI Fridays on International Drive in Orlando, thanks to Ben’s outstanding customer service and professionalism. From the moment we met him, Ben was dressed like he owned the restaurant—sharp, confident, and welcoming. He truly carried himself like a gentleman.
Ben was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel genuinely valued as guests throughout our entire meal. We ate here on Friday while visiting Orlando, and my child ordered the kids’ menu pasta with marinara, which came with mozzarella sticks.
My child was completely fine before this trip. We came to enjoy the parks and had no health concerns at all. After dinner on Friday night, he mentioned mild stomach discomfort and went to the bathroom, but everything seemed normal at that moment.
On Saturday, the diarrhea started. By Sunday morning, it escalated to diarrhea with blood, and we ended up at the hospital.
Also worth noting: our other two children also had stomach issues after that meal, although theirs did not progress to diarrhea or anything more severe.
I can’t say with absolute certainty what caused this, but the timing and progression after our meal are extremely concerning. This was frightening, disruptive, and costly, especially because we are not from Orlando. We traveled from Miami to visit the parks, and because of this situation my husband and I had to make multiple accommodations for our family, including paying for an extra night at a hotel, missing work, and dealing with unexpected travel disruptions on top of the medical visit. We have receipts and medical documentation.
If this restaurant is a serious, responsible business, management should treat this as a serious food-safety concern, investigate internally (including food handling, storage temperatures, and cross-contamination), and take responsibility by helping cover the medical bill and the additional costs and accommodations this caused our family. I’m sharing this publicly so other families can make informed decisions and so this is handled with the urgency it deserves.

We landed in Florida late and were tired and hungry, so finding a TGI Fridays was already a win—but “LINK” made it unforgettable. His service was beyond exceptional: attentive, energetic, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we sat down. He listened carefully to our order, checked in at all the right times, and brought such great vibes that it turned a late-night stop into a highlight of our trip.
