Love how they decorated the inside. The drinks were very good too! But food is far from being worth the money or time sitting there… The appetizers were alright, other than dry chicken.. My husband had the bruschetta pasta (no pics so you have to believe me) looked nothing like in the picture… It looked like it was just slapped on the plate and served. He said the flavor was alright though. My burger was very sad and I barely saw any arugula, patty was thin (but cooked correctly) and the “truffle” aioli tasted like regular mayo. I feel very sorry for our waitress, you could see she was picking someone else’s slack or they were severely understaffed.

This is not a place. I would recommend if you are looking for good food, timely service or a welcoming family family environment service was extremely slow. We waited an hour and a half at after being seated before our food came. when it finally came. Multiple items were incorrect. I ordered a bruschetta chicken pasta and was served grilled chicken instead we also ordered a sampler plate but What we received was not a sampler and included bacon, which I do not eat overall the service was poor and we ultimately did not receive any of the items we actually ordered. The staff attempted to make up for the experience by Company the entire tables meals, but unfortunately, we were unable to eat any of the food provided.

ordered to go and after we paid I noticed they gave me fries Instead of mashed potatoes. We were told ” oh sorry we are out” and just starred at me like oh well. I asked for a salad Instead and it took 10 minutes for the salad. Our food was cold when we got home and also noticed no bacon was added to my sandwich which I paid extra for and the ri s were extremely dry. We were so hungry and disappointed. I would love for them to try to fix thos bad experience!

Came to Friday’s at 5:00 PM with plenty of time before a 7:00 PM play down the street. Four of us were seated, and it still took 15 minutes just to get a drink order. Our first server told us she was “doing everything,” then disappeared and passed us off to night shift like a hot potato. The new server was blindsided, and honestly, I don’t blame her, the handoff was messy.
Once our full party arrived, we ordered… and waited. When the food finally came, the shrimp was grey. Not “crispy batter” grey. I’ve managed restaurants. I know the difference. They insisted it was “just the batter” and knocked a whole $7 off like that fixed the situation.
We didn’t even have time for a remake because the service had already eaten up our entire window.

I recommend all sauces be put on the side. I tried the whiskey smoke one and the BBQ one, both sugary. Glad they didn’t touch my ribs. They will do a dry rub instead

I visited this restaurant over the weekend and unfortunately had a very concerning experience. Within the next day after my visit, I became drastically ill, which immediately made me question the food and beverage sanitation practices—particularly at the bar.
As someone who works in hospitality and understands the importance of proper food safety and sanitation standards, what I observed raised several red flags. Cleanliness, cross-contamination prevention, and proper bar handling procedures are not optional—they are fundamental to protecting guests.
Even though there were no managers present during this time, I strongly recommend that management revisit and reinforce their sanitation and food safety training, especially for the bar staff. Proper protocols around glassware handling, surface sanitation, and drink preparation are critical.
I hope the leadership team takes this feedback seriously and invests in retraining their team so guests can feel confident about the safety of what they are consuming.

I had an amazing experience at TGI Fridays, and a huge part of that was thanks to Deniya. From the moment I sat down, her service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She made sure everything came out exactly right and checked in at the perfect times without ever feeling rushed.
I ordered the Texas BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger with a side of fries and a Mango Peach Lemonade Slushie, and everything was cooked and prepared perfectly. The burger was juicy and flavorful, the fries were hot and crispy, and the slushie was refreshing and spot-on.
The atmosphere was upbeat and comfortable, making the whole meal even more enjoyable. Deniya truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a great dining experience, and it definitely gave that classic Fridays feeling.
