The customer service was exceptional the staff is very friendly and fast they go above and beyond. we had a large group and they made sure everyone’s food was on time and all orders correct. The food portion size was really large I even had enough to take home. The Best part was we came on karaoke night and the DJ was so fun and engaging my table and I sang three songs and plan to come back each week. I wish I would have known all along – Thursday night Karaoke is a great night to visit Fridays! They even have 50 cent wings on Monday so now I have a new place to visit all week!!!
From the staff to the manager and DJ good food, fun times excellent customer service and amazing atmosphere this is my new favorite for 2026!!!

We love coming to this location when we are in Charlotte!! The food is perfect every time, the drinks are great, and servers are always wonderful! We had Julie as our server today! The brunch Egg BLT & Merry Mountain Tower were so delicious! We’ll be back!

Came here while on vacay with a friend. Went straight to the bar to get a drink. The staff in the picture took a minute to come over (Understanding due to the crowd). When we finally placed our order, he went straight to someone else to pass us off. That person then went to someone else to make our drinks. We waited 7 to 10 mins to receive our drink.
Later on, we wanted to order some more drinks and no bartender came over to us from the last time we ordered to even check on us. We tried everything to get a bartender attention. They just kept passing us. We waited over 15 moons for someone.
At the end of the night, the waiter that we started with (Pictured in screenshots), came over after we called him over to receive our check. He immediately passed me the checkout tool. However, there were sections where he was supposed to fill out and sections where the customer filled out. He was being absolutely lazy and very very unprofessional..as he had been the entire time we were there. I had to remind him as he was walking off that I had another bill to pay. He had an attitude even now at that point. I told him that he would not get a tip because he did not do anything, he rolled his eyes.
When the receipt was printed, he didn’t bother to hand it to me port place it down in the bar counter… he threw it my way and walked away.
This was a very horrible experience.

Just dropped by for drinks and they had DJ playing music and karaoke. Wide range of music genres for everyone in the bar. I actually did a few song which I never do. Had a great time, most people joined in on the entertainment. Would definitely come again. Come out on Thursday nights to get your groove and singing on.

Sadia was an AMAZING server. I had a blast with the karaoke night. People were singing and it made it such a good environment. Sadia was very friendly and playful while also getting all the food correct and drinks right. There was almost no wait time. I had a great experience here tonight. I WILL be back.

I was so happy they were open during the winter storm. The three awesome ladies did a great job of manning the whole restaurant and the manager was one of them. They really put in a team effort. Mrs. Georgia served us and she was awesome and checking on us often making sure we were ok. The food was also good. Shout out to the cooks for an amazing job.

This location of TGI Fridays is my favorite. The food & drinks came out efficient and quick. Tonight my boyfriend and I found out there is a karaoke night, everything was such a vibe! I also had a server named Sadia, she is the most sweetest and respectable person ever! She made sure everything was okay and comfortable for the both of us with no complications. Thank you Fridays!

I was able to go with my wife and daughter of 5 years of age a couple weeks ago. The staff was friendly, and we were able to get seated within 2 minutes of stepping into the restaurant, On A later Saturday afternoon (4-530ish).
Even though it appeared they were short staffed, We were able to order in a reasonable amount of time. Our server, although, he seemed a bit distracted, was still was friendly, and brought our food out within 10-15 minutes of ordering. Not Bad. The food was reasonably priced, and the chicken sandwich I had was delicious. My daughter also ate her chicken tenders… This RARELY happens… We usually have to pack something else and bring it them along with us from home.
And also something else that was very nice…
there was a female photographer who came to our table and took 8 photos of our family, of course with our permission. She left, developed them, and returned to our table within 45 minutes. Each of pictures came back looking professional and only cost $20 each. And each photo had been put in its own glass frame. (It was optional to purchase them, of course.) How cool is that!?
There were a variety of different sizes of groups, including one group who was celebrating someone’s birthday. The TGI Fridays, staff came out and sang their TGI Friday version of happy birthday to that special someone.
So all around it was a very enjoyable family/group friendly experience, and I can say with certainty,

The manager and cook who opened on the morning of 01/25/26 were absolutely amazing—kind, welcoming, and hands down the best place we could have been during the cold, snowy weather. My partner and I are from Georgia and were supposed to leave on Sunday, but due to the conditions, we ended up booking another night and searching for somewhere to eat. We came across Fridays, and from the moment we walked in, we felt so welcomed. The service was outstanding, and the food was great. We were so impressed that we returned again for dinner and received the same excellent experience from more of the staff that had arrived I just want to sincerely thank all the staff who worked yesterday. You truly made our day better, and we will always appreciate your hard work and dedication.

Haven’t been to a Friday’s in forever, surely not very impressed with this restaurant. Server didn’t know what beers were on tap and was not overly speedy, although the whiskey glaze is very tasty the wings were of subpar quality. The Caesar side salad was average at best. Really nothing great about this experience
