I visited on May 19, 2025, and had a great experience! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the fast and friendly service. The wing night special was awesome—super delicious and affordable. I went with a side salad and iced tea, and the whole meal, including tip, was about $16. The wings were hot, crispy, and seriously tasty, and the salad was fresh and refreshing. Definitely planning to order the wings and salad again next time!

The five stars is for our waitress Jymi! Jymi truly outstanding —super friendly, attentive, and provided top-notch service that made our visit so enjoyable. She’s a STAR!
The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was good, and everything felt welcoming.
Food was just okay though—could definitely be better and was a bit underwhelming. It was prepared properly just lacked that fresh food taste.
But a big shout out to Jymi! She’s the reason we’ll be back and she demonstrated exactly how customer service should be! Good job TGIF- great hire!

Kyra was an amazing server at TGI Fridays! From the moment we were seated, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. She checked in on us just the right amount and had a great attitude that really added to the experience. Our food came out quickly, and Kyra made sure everything was perfect. She definitely helped make our visit enjoyable, and I would ask for her again the next time I’m there!

from the moment we got there after frustrating experiences shopping for the holidays, we were greeted by very friendly staff. We were seated and then greeted by a very bubbly server I think her name was Jimmie. She recommended a couple of delicious drinks and then knew the menu so well, after asking us what we were in the mood for, we ended up ordering apps, (we didnt think we were that hungry) we went on to a delicious meal and then shared a scrumcious dessert. i dont normally do reviews but she was so observant, caring and fun; I wanted to make sure others at least had this great experience we did even at a chain eatery.

I had a wonderful experience this past week thanks to our waitress, Jymi. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we sat down. Horrible place. **** food poisoning *** I went there pregnant with my friend and he got food poisoning from a shrimp pasta and my burger had a drop literally of sauce and then I asked for more and instead of the right sauce they brought out queso dip. If you do go don’t go in Saturday they mess everything up. After the shrimp pasta ordeal I don’t think we’ll be back ever ♀️

It’s rare I leave a poor review and if owners/management want to make changes and rectify their restaurant I will happily update this review.
A few months ago my husband and I went to get dinner with our daughters. Our waitress cussed in front of our kids and when asked “how are you?” She responded, “I’m here. What can I get you.” She forgot our to go order for our son and at that point with the cussing, lack of pleasant attitude and poor service, we said forget it and left.
We returned today, my husband and I alone, deciding to give the place another chance. For the years prior we had thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant and knew some of the outstanding management that has since left.
Upon sitting at the bar we ordered our food.
Our bartender stated she was ready to go home.
My meal, was awful. Steak that was supposed to be medium rare was easily medium well, if not well done and grisly.
My mashed potatoes were cold.
My French onion soup tasted like salted water.
My husband is a Head Chef and food safety matters. He immediately told me not to eat any of it, as obviously the potatoes and soup were not to temp.
I had to return the entire meal and asked for a chicken Poke bowl instead, which was also lacking flavor but at least was semi palatable.
When I asked our bartender for a Blue Moon with an orange after she walked around the restaurant touching who knows what, she plucked an orange with her bare hands and put it on my glass.
My appetite for food and beer was gone.
I will not go by the age old wisdom of third times a charm, I’m done and won’t be returning. It’s a shame that a fun spot has become so less than.

Natalie was my family’s server and she did an excellent job!! She gave us recommendations on what to eat based off what we said we liked, and even cracked a few jokes with us and made us have a very enjoyable time. Definitely will be requesting her as our server everytime we go from now on!

Jymi was our server. She dis and amazing job. Very attentive, new all the specials and answered every question with a smile. She was on top of everything! Good servers are few and far between. Jymi did a great job and the food was great. She will be the reason we come back.
