The Christmas Decor Was Out Of This World. Chimney, Christmas Trees, Lights, Presents…Everywhere You Look Felt Festive & Cozy. Honestly 1 Of The Best Holiday Setups I’ve Seen In A Restaurant.

Special Shoutout To TETE… Major Highlight Of The Night. TETE Was Amazing… Friendly, Attentive, & Gave Great Recommendations. His Service Was Top-Tier From Start To Finish. Truly 1 Of The Best Servers I’ve Had In A Long Time.

Other Locations Have Changed It And It’s Just Not The Same But Alexandria, VA Got It Right. Comforting, Creamy, Spicy, & Packed With Shrimp. Guess This Is Our Official TGIF location. ❤️‍

Served With White Rice, Broccoli, & Grilled Red Peppers In Cajun Butter Sauce. So Delicious With A Nice Spicy Kick. Flavorful Without Being Overwhelming. Delicious!!

The Hot Cocoa Was Just Okay Probably Because It Was Made With Water. But The Cookies? WOW. Huge, Warm, Semi-Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies That Were Shockingly Good. Honestly One Of The Best Parts Of The Meal. These Need To Stay On The Menu Esp Valentine’s Menu Included

We hosted a Founders’ Day event at TGI Fridays yesterday and I cannot say enough good things about the experience! From my very first conversation with the manager, Julio, he was accommodating, flexible, and genuinely invested in understanding what our group would need. He proactively touched base with us multiple times leading up to the event to make sure the restaurant would be ready for our crowd.

When we arrived, we were a large group (nearly 125 people!) and the entire staff, from the manager to the servers, handled it with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. Everyone was pleasant, smiling, and made us feel like our business mattered. Our group had a WONDERFUL time and felt truly welcomed.

Huge kudos to Julio, the wait staff, and the entire team for an outstanding experience. We definitely recommend this location!

I am here from DoorDash and I must say maybe I should only order on Fridays if not at all!! The order was poorly packed to begin with! My drink was missing! Everything was cold! I paid 16 dollars for happy hour boneless wings, greasy mushy mozzarella sticks! I could have grabbed the Kirkland’s in the deep freezer and took it to the air fryer for all of this! I won’t ever have the nerve to have a long day and decide to order food instead of cook again! I guess this mercury retrograde affecting everybody! I needs my money back! This location brings shame to the franchise!!!

Worst experience I’ve had in a while. All the food we ordered was bland. Sushi was very bad. The meatballs are barely held together. The burger and french fries had no seasoning. I ordered a whiskey and the glass that came had a chip in my glass. We went on a Sunday and the whole dining room was relatively empty. Besides a few tables however, our waitress was very unattended did not come over and ask us if we needed anything else or if we wanted refills. When our food was ready, we heard the bell as we were sitting at the bar, but our waitress continue to sit in her booth and the kitchen had to bring our food for us. What really put the cherry on top of the cake was that when we were looking at our waitress he was vaping in the corner and you could see all the vape smoke over her and we could see her vaping very blatantly. Will not return to this TGIF it was our first time trying TGIF and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. It’s too bad because it’s a great location and the store was very clean and the atmosphere was nice.

Waiter was magnificent. The food was good, but the broccoli was disgusting. The bathroom was the worst smelt like blue planes and they seem to be comfortable with it. Management needs to look into it. It’s like that all the time.

If you go to location ask to be seated with Nat! He provided amazing service. He is super knowledgeable of the menu and helped suggest ways to make my food even tastier! On top of that he made conversation with everyone at our table, even talked to my son about Pokémon! Nat is a super cool person and will enhance your experience times ten. He definitely made me and my family’s experience memorable. Go to this location and find Nat!

What an experience we had at this location! We reserved space for 125 people for a celebration and Julio and his staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing time. He was communicative and responsive throughout the process. Staff was very friendly and patience as they navigated such a large group. Good job!!

I really wished that this location was good. I love fridays especially their mozzarella sticks which I was craving. We were sat down but nobody served us for 20 minutes:( We had multiple employees walked past us and not a single “Somebody will be right with you”. This is so sad since we drove 30 mins to get here. The atmosphere is really nice and love all the decor.

Had an awesome experience at TGI Fridays thanks to Tae Tae. Super friendly, fast, and clearly knows their stuff. Drinks were perfectly made, great recommendations, and the energy behind the bar made the whole visit better. Easily one of the best bartenders I’ve had at any Fridays will definitely be back.

A supersize shoutout to Julio & the service team at the Alexandria, VA (Richmond Hwy location), that worked 1/15/2025 (evening) to support an anniversary event that I attended.

I am beyond words to express my appreciation of the superior service, attention, delicious-well presented & timely delivery of meals.

I haven’t been to a Friday’s restaurant in year, & would have never thought that they could accommodate a party of about 200 people.

I traveled to. Maryland for the event but plan to make a return trip soon with my husband.
