We came in for lunch and were really disappointed. I ordered the same drink three times and was served three different drinks. The last drink was brought by the manager and included a glass of alcohol and a can of stuff to mix with it myself (see picture). The bartender should be making my drinks, not sending me ingredients and expecting me to make my own.

I have sat at my table with poor service so long that I was able to write this review. 4 orders of Shrimp, both broccoli orders, and the mini cheeseburgers were all very overcooked and not very edible. Multiple tables were sat and fed before us. Our adult beverage took a long time to get. Our table was only checked on once during the 1.5 hours we were here. Definitely almost the entire restaurant was empty and our server was Definitely not over worked. Not sure why the whole experience was so poor. Some of the food was good which is what prompted the 2 stars. Also we were missing food which we never received. One more note, our server had an earbud in and was rude at the end. It was my sister’s birthday, we requested to get a song and it never happened either.

This was an awful experience all around. The wait was insane, while I had a front row seat to watching all if the waitresses and the manager chat and laugh while the customers waited. She claimed that the fry cook didn’t show but they didn’t even bring my salad out.

It’s like most TGI Friday’s– and that’s exactly what my friends and I were looking for. We ordered the fried chicken sandwich, the cheeseburger sliders, fried green beans, and the app sampler (all pictured).

Food was delicious. They took care of me. Bartender was great. She kept the rounds going. We had a time for happy hour. The appetizers were great and service was quick. Just what I needed on a Friday to relax after work. Omar was amazing as well.
