Had a great experience at TGI Fridays! We came for the Monday 50¢ wings. We ordered three flavors of wings, fries, drinks, and dessert for a group of 3 adults and 2 kids, and everything was delicious. Our waitress, Gabby, was amazing! She was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better . Definitely a fun spot for families or groups; they always decorate for every holiday! My go-to spot every Monday. Thank you always!

We rolled in 20 deep an hour before closing, ordered dishes with customizations and dietary restrictions, and ordered a half dozen different drinks. Javi and the whole team were professional, enthusiastic, and good natured the entire time. We were taken good care of, our orders came out promptly and correctly, and Javi didnt bat an eye when we all asked for seperate checks. He made what could have been a stressful experience comfortable and fun and we couldn’t have been happier!

I came in for Dinner on a Friday night and I had Rachel for our server and she was absolutely amazing! Wonderful service and she was always checking in on my boyfriend and I to see if we needed anything. Definitely will be coming back because of her! I love TGI Fridays ❤️ food is always so delicious and the atmosphere is awesome. Definitely 5 stars

Went here for lunch with my daughter around 2:30pm. Waited a few minutes at the podium. Server comes up and asks “What can I help you with”. I can’t imagine what else he could help us with besides seating us, but okay we say 2. We are seated and the server takes our order. Another server has him come back to ask if we wanted something else to replace the coleslaw. We both said broccoli. On the menu it shows ribs are served with seasoned fries and coleslaw. I also asked for side of honey mustard. Plates come out with more than half of the plate covered in dry broccoli that is supposed to be garlic butter. No fries and no honey mustard. Before I can say anything the server takes off towards the back. 10 mins later he comes over to the table and asks whered the fries go. He states it doesn’t come with fries you have to ask for them as a side! I asked for a menu to show it does state the ribs come with fries and even if it didn’t no body asked for double broccoli. He now goes to the back and chatting with his coworkers and never brings the honey mustard out so I can at least eat my ribs that are now getting cold. He states they are making the fries now. Another 10 mins goes by and at this point the plate has been sitting for close to 15 mins and is cold. Me and my daughter walk out! A server runs us down yelling maam ma’am what’s the problem! As if she has no Custer service manners at all! We explain the situation and she says she can call a manager to figure it out! I told her to call a manager and have them figure it out bc we are done at this point. We did not touch the food, therefore owe no tab! Waste of time, very unprofessional and will not be back!

DO NOT GO HERE. Went into this expecting good affordable food and BOY! We was wrong. Our server was rude, the menu was very small and pricey, and portions were very small. Disappointed. The TGI should stand for Totally Gross Inside. Never coming back.
