First time visiting this restaurant. We ordered the ca nuong and com chien cua. The fish was crispy and moist. The fried rice was an addicting buttery goodness. Well worth the money. Recommend ordering the fish ahead of time before heading to the restaurant, otherwise it will be a bit of a wait. The portions are huge, well worth the price! Will definitely come back to try other dishes.

Came for lunch on Christmas Day. Not many other places were open. The place was very busy. Probably due to the holiday. The prices of the menu items were a bit steep considering other places with similar plate items. The food is good but not sure if it’s worth the price. It was very busy that day though. We wanted the large or jumbo fish but they were out and only the medium was available. The rice family items were all sold out so we couldn’t get the hotpot items we wanted ( ie ca kho to etc.) the dungeness crab fried rice was really good. Perfectly cooked. The staff were very helpful and brought us what we needed. The place is nice and clean. Regular family restaurant.

First time here, and we’re already planning our next visit! We ordered the Canh Chua soup, Braised Fish, and rice vermicelli with grilled meat — and every single dish was cooked to perfection. The flavors were fresh, balanced, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!

This restaurant has excellent crab dishes (tamarine sauce (sốt me); onion ginger, lemon pepper sauce etc.), crispy baked fish, and special pepper roast duck. It’s highly recommended. Note: Bring your beer as the drink menu has no alcohol.

This place truly deserves so much more recognition! The fried fish and canh chua were outstanding, and the servers were incredibly attentive and kind. We loved it so much that we went back the very next day just to bring our family. Highly recommend!

Good evening. This is my first time eating at this restaurant. I didn’t have hope for this because it’s a pretty new place. But they proved me wrong, the food, atmosphere and music is outstanding. 100% would go here again and recommend to others. God bless y’all and I pray y’all have lots of customer with all these yummy foods.

Great experience! We visited on a Friday at 7 PM and found plenty of seating, with a nice steady flow of customers coming in.

The restaurant had the feel of a soft opening, as they seemed a bit short-staffed. To avoid waiting, I’d recommend ordering early, especially for the fish—it took about 20 minutes to prepare. They had a special tonight with $10 off the large fish, which was a nice bonus!

The food was fantastic! We ordered the fried shrimp balls and the large grilled fish, and both were absolutely delicious. The shrimp balls were perfectly crispy and paired well with the sweet and sour sauce. The fish was served with a generous plate of fresh vegetables and vermicelli. The skin was golden and crispy, while the inside was tender, fresh, and cooked to perfection.

If you’re craving Vietnamese-style grilled catfish, this place is a must-visit! Highly recommend!

TG Blessings Ca Nuong – Lau – BBQ is a Houston must-visit! Tucked away kinda in the hood, this spot delivers amazing food that’s worth every penny, even if it’s a bit pricey. The ca nuong is out of this world—crispy, tender catfish packed with authentic Vietnamese flavor, paired with fresh herbs and rice paper for perfect wraps. The bo la lot is just as incredible, with juicy beef in smoky betel leaves that burst with taste. The staff is super welcoming, and the lively vibe is great for groups. Already craving my next visit!

We ordered lobster rice and garlic ginger. The rice is crazy good. I can eat a whole dish, no too greasy or salty. the lobster is super fresh and full of meat. The roast duck with black pepper is to die for. We’ll be coming back to try all in the menu and order for our party in Christmas. Please keep up the quality of the food.
