I’ll start with the positive. The flavor of this chicken was AMAZING. It was battered and fried to perfection. It has a slight spice that was a perfect match for the sauce. The thighs were fresh and hot out of the grease. A few of the wings seems like that had been holding for a bit though. The fries were plenty and seasoned well.
We actually came for the fish only to be informed that that were out . I’m sure the ice storm affected the delivery so we just ordered the wings. Before ordering we inquired about the wait time because the signage says “made fresh”. Normally I don’t mind a wait, but we had just left the hospital and just wanted to get back to our hotel room. We were informed that there was no wait time. We ended up waiting at least 20 min. Also, the cashier misunderstood our order so we were short a 2 piece. The wait was too long so we just made do.
Again, the taste was 12/10. I wasn’t aware before we ordered this was Chicago style chicken (we’re here from Dallas). So I had to adjust my expectations on the size. But these lil wangs were tiny even by ChiTown standards . Also, I was a bit caught off guard by the powdered seasoning. But I was pleasantly surprised.
The chicken was so good I’m coming back for some fish before we head back to Texas! I’m going to call my order in and get some extra sauce!!!
Oh and this ketchup…..I’ll never eat Heinz again!!!!!

Absolutely love this place! I tell all my friends about it. I don’t get wings from anywhere else. The flavor, texture, and experience of the wings are consistent every time. They really got their one thing down pat.

I have Actually waiting a long time to write this review because the counter attendant s were so nice and courteous. However, I am regrettably going to give my honest opinion. My son told me that this chicken was the best…even than mine. So, I wanted some, I not only tried an order of wings, but added their fish, and fried shrimp. I waited for almost an hour, it was hot despite inside and literally had no place to sit while waiting. The chicken had some type of powder which is their signature…I didn’t like, or perhaps if it was on the side and I had control over it’s use…might have made it better. The batter on the fish was thick but crunchy…which. To me took away from it’s flavor .. however, The Shrimp was delicious…hot, crispy and good. But to travel the distance…I would not! The Manager was nice enough to bring me a chair, and brought out a fan. The decor was lovely and the front was clean… however, the food and price left alot to be desired. My advice, get something for people who are waiting to sit on…and get air-conditioning… Especially when it takes so long.

The food was well prepared. The lady taking my order was very professional. This was the first time I had sweet wings and fries. The catfish was very tender. I love fries and was served a lot. I loved the music. There were a lot of pickup orders. It’s a stand-up and eats place.

Good fresh wings. We ordered the mild as we were warned they were spicy. I can say the mild is less than mild. No spice at all. This was my first visit and it was a good one. We were the first ones in the door at 4:00. Be ready for a 15 minute or more wait as the food is made to order. They do BOGO 1/2 off on Thursdays so that was a nice surprise. I am sure we will be back again.

Very consistent flavorful secret finishing seasoning on wings. You get your whole wing. The drumb & flat! I love your togo box I’d full of hot seasoned fries. I get the mild sauce on the side. The 14 shrimp box will get you super full. Can be shared between 2 people. The catfish is great; t also has the signature dusting flavor

I arrived at 7 o’clock May 10 sign on the door stated closed. I heard they recently had a grand opening, but I guess there still needs to be some kinks worked out before they finally open, so with that being said, I’ll return to this establishment in two more weeks. Welp, I didn’t have to wait two weeks to return; they were open the next day when I drove past. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. I will suggest you order online or call your order in first, because it’s going to be pretty busy. For my kosher friends there, Pizza Puff is not beef. There’s the deluxe flavor, and for all my Chi-Town people, you know what I’m talking about.

This Tez is a little different than the one in MWC. Fries was skimpy and hot links(Hot link and fries combo) fries was just a kids meal order of fries . Hot link was dry and tough Imani did awesome service and knew her menu.
