Tex’s Chicken & Burgers is an amazing place for great food and even better service. The drive-thru experience was excellent, especially because of Mansoor. He was very polite, respectful, and professional, and he took my order with a positive attitude and a smile.

It’s a rough-looking crew working here, but the food is very good. They have made a couple of mistakes with my orders but they were minor errors and I take-out here a lot. You can eat in the store although the seating area is limited. The quality of chicken seems better than KFC and the breading is very tasty. They also offer burgers, which are absolutely better than McDonald’s. Walk-ins be prepared to wait 15 minutes for your food. They cook most things fresh.

Went during the grand opening day. I ordered the deluxe Chicken sandwich regular not spicy and a regular cheese burger. The chicken sandwich had a very good portion of chicken and the flavor was great. The burger was just like any other burger but I have to admit I ordered it without the secret sauce so I can’t say if that would add to the burger. My only complaint on the burger was that it was dry. I’m looking forward to going back and trying the fried chicken to see how that is. Overall the sandwiches were a good value . I’m curious to see if the portion sizes and food quality will still be the same 3-6 months from now considering today was the grand opening. I will edit my review after I’ve had the opportunity to try the fried chicken. The fudge brownie was rich and delicious and the mango lemonade was good even though I ordered the strawberry lemonade.
Update – First a complaint they have temporarily taken the fudge brownie off the menu and that is upsetting but I’ve been told it will be back soon. Now as far as the fried chicken goes. It’s incredible. It’s not too greasy and the flavor is wonderful. I have been back twice now for the 10 piece family meal and both times it’s been great. The sides that I have tried are also great. The mash potatoes, mac and cheese and coleslaw are fantastic. The biscuits are also a great addition to the chicken. This is definitely my new go to place for fried chicken and it has completely made forget about the 3 letter chicken place I use to go to.

Update now I understand why people don’t go here the food made my stomach bother me last night and it was poor quality. The spicy chicken sandwhich was more like the not so spicy chicken sandwhich.

We’ve ordered from here a number of times now, and it’s always good. Ordered in the app. The deluxe chicken sandwich is always my go to. It never fails. The fries are excellent, and the chicken nuggets are very good as well. The loaded fries are delicious. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the orders are always correct, no matter how big. This place never misses in my experience. Highly recommend.

Stopped by Tex’s Chicken drive-thru for lunch and left impressed. The staff named Atiq were polite and efficient — my order was taken clearly and ready within minutes. The chicken was hot, crispy, and well-seasoned; the fries were fresh and the biscuit was flaky. Portion sizes were generous for the price. The drive-thru lane moved smoothly, and the pickup window was organized and clean.
Small improvements: my sandwich could’ve used a touch more sauce, and the napkin pack was light. Overall, great value and convenient for a quick meal. I’ll definitely return. 5 out of 5.

This guys so stupid like I have never seen in my life. I placed the order i told them make it fresh and here they give me this burger that they made in the morning. They need to shut down this store as soon as possible. Paid almost $40 and got this garbage shame on you guys and the owner need to know what is going on in the store if you cant take care of the store then close it please no need for this store.
