I was hungry for some good barbecue so I stopped in and got a Rib plate and I judge good barbecue by a lot of factors but one thing is for sure if you get some barbecue that you don’t need sauce on top of that is good barbecue. So the ribs were very tender. The potato salad was good and the beans were unique and I enjoyed them. So I enjoyed the ribs. They were some of the better ribs that I’ve had here since leaving Texas coming to Oklahoma, the only thing I would mention is that it had a little too much dry rub on it for me but other than that, I enjoyed it. Next time I will try the brisket. The service was great and the staff was wonderful so thank you all I will be back.

Choice brisket found here! Got the brisket sandwich with fried okra, pickles & onions on the side. Sandwich was delicious! The BBQ sauce is very good also, not overly sweet just right to complement the meat. Inside dining area was well lit, clean, and nicely decorated. Service was good. Very much enjoyed dinning here.

I was at a ceremony yesterday they had it catered and today I’m back at the store.. needless to say! This is the best bbq in Oklahoma. And I have been everywhere! This is the way it should taste! It is the old days of coming bbq! And I must say the best Cole slaw never that’s! No sauce needed!

Been several times. Pulled pork nachos are awesome! The pulled pork sandwich was great as well. Best bbq I can find in Oklahoma. Hope they never change owners! Love you guys!

This place is phenomenal and we travel often. The brisket sandwich was delicious and tender. The nachos were great. What really had me was the sauce. I wish I could buy it from a store.

Very delicious!! My hubby and I split the double order of loaded fries and added brisket. It’s so good. Our grandson had a pulled pork sandwich and fried okra, he loved it. A+

Nov 15 2024. Friday at 7:20pm. Waterloo rd location. Ordered a polish sausage sandwich with Mac and cheese and small drink. Cost me almost $17 and I get this little styrofoam thing with 5 bites of mac and cheese and a little bun that’s was maybe 5 inches around with one small polish sausage link that was sliced up a little bit. The sausage link wasn’t even very warm. That’s it. Not enough for a 10 yr old and costs $17. Should have known better as there wasn’t a single other customer in the place at 7:20 pm on a Friday. Never will I ever go back or recommend this place. Don’t try it. You will be disappointed.

This is some truly good barbecue. I would compare the brisket to what you get at the butcher and the turkey to what is at iron star. Will definitely be a frequent experience going forward!!

I’ve driven by this location several times and tonight I decided to try their food. I went through the drive-thru and the order taker was very friendly and polite. Had to wait a little longer than expected but again, the drive-thru person was friendly. I ordered the brisket bbq nachos and a baked potato. When I arrived at home and sat down to eat, I was disappointed in the nachos. Suppose to be bbq nachos but no bbq sauce was on the meat or in the bag. And then the meat to nacho proportions were bad. And the meat was cold. I’m disappointed. The baked potato was fine…..can’t really mess that up. First and last time customer.

I order brisket nachos, not brisket and chips kinda a waste of 14 dollars specially being the first time eating their food. What makes it worse, is the beans and potato salad was delicious.
