Food was lukewarm. Had to ask multiple times for additional items. No bread was offered during meal. Service was mediocre at best. Server stated how they “loved their job” pun intended!! Dirty dishes were continually piled on multiple tables. Manager did NOT seem to care. Watched multiple food particles be dropped in margarita salt that remained open the entire time of visit. Sadly, this the norm for this establishment.

My dad and I went there the other day and when our appetizer came out, the waitress felt the need to point her finger an inch away from everything the appetizer included and give a description of what we ordered. The chicken I ordered was so thin, I might as well have had a piece of paper slopped with bbq sauce. The macaroni and cheese was decent, except for the old stale shredded cheese they threw on top, and the mashed potatoes was just a baked potato emptied into the bowl. We had been there before and knew not to expect an above average experience, but this was the worst. The manager who went around checking on tables seemed to have missed our table, out of the three other tables where people were seated in the whole restaurant. The experience or the food was not worth the $40+ we spent.

We drove from Winston-Salem to enjoy a nice country ride. On our way back we wanted a good steak. We sat at the bar, which had 2 bartenders. Service was Terrible! We like to order our Appetizer first, then once we finish it, we order our food. The appetizer came promptly but our food took a good 45 minutes to come. Both of us ordered the 16oz. Ribeye for $23.00 each. His cut of meat was PERFECT, Mine was super thin and full of fat!!The Steak had No Season nor were they marinated. Just a plain piece of meat cooked on the grill. NOT GOOD AT ALL!
As I stated, service was horrible & extremely SLOW!!! I was highly disappointed and needless to say, I will eat at Hardee’s before we return. Total Bill was $74.59 including a $13.00 tip!……. $80.00 meal which would have been better to eat at a Golden Corral, which.is the lowest on the Food Chain…..

The last 3 times we had a family outing. Services was horrible, Management not accommodating to complaints. Ribs were refrigerator cold. steaks were too rare. Clearly a birthday group with balloons and staff never acknowledged. $85 bucks down the drain. 3 bad experiences in a row did it for me. Not to mention music blaring overhead so loud you couldn’t talk!

Went there on Mothers day. What a mistake! We expected a wait which ended up being 45 minutes. After that wait we found out we were not even on the seating list which we had given them the name and needed 7 seats. Finally got a table and drink order pretty quick. Then was over a hour and no salads. Waitress came by and when we asked about order she stated they had been working on for 27 minutes. Told her we hadn’t even got salads. She rudely turned and walked off, no I’m sorry or I’ll check on them or anything just whirled around and walked off. When the food finally arrived my chili was almost cold not close to warm. Ribs were barely warm, baked potato wouldn’t melt butter. Out of seven meals none were hot. Most were barely warm but no way anyone was going to send back after that wait. We arrived at Texas at 1:07 and we left at 4:12. Not exactly how we planned to spend Mothers Day!! We had had several bad experiences with the prior management but the new management had been better. However Sunday blew that out the window. Don’t know if there will be any repeat performances. About done with Texas.

Terrible service. Quality of steak was terrible! Steak was raw on inside and burnt on the outside Baked potato wasn’t done!

Service took a very long time and it was not even a busy night. Rolls were almost burnt. I ordered a strawberry lemonade that didn’t even taste like lemonade. We were served an appetizer and rolls with no silverware. The food was decent but all in all I was disappointed.

Steak was great (16oz NY Strip)! Also got a baked potato and side salad. Potato was cooked thoroughly, and they brought two cups of dressing. Took a bit for someone to come over to take my order, but he did his job well. I would go back again if I’m in the area again!

It was Mother’s Day so it was busy. But once we got to our booth it took 40 minutes to get our appetizers and an hour twenty minutes to get our meal. The food was good, but it took to long too get it.

The customer service was horrible with a snobby waitress with a bad attitude, had to wait an hour just to get our food and took thirty minutes after to warm up a corn dog which came back still cold. Even noticed a couple who was there before i was and left thirty minutes later because they didnt have a waiter to ask what drinks they were getting. This place is horrible, will never go back.
