My first experience with Texas Steakhouse. The food was delicious. The service was superb! I’m usually not one to complain about the little things. Today’s my birthday and I was really craving steak and shrimp. The shrimp was a little over cooked, no big deal right.
The manager Ashley came over and asked about our meal.. everything was great except the shrimp. This time I spoke up about a little thing. She replaced my shrimp AND I got my birthday dessert
It wasn’t just Ashley though, or server Lindsay was great, and the bartender mixed the perfect amount of OJ with my blue moon draft
Next time we’re in the area.. I will definitely return to this establishment.

The place was super busy when we got there so we expected to be waiting awhile. We actually were placed in a seat in less than 5 minutes and our Server, Maddie J, treated us like we were her only customers (even though from our table we could see her taking care of all her people amazingly)! The food was wonderful. Our server was TOP NOTCH! Not sure I’ve ever had a better experience here than today. It was great all around!

Our family had an incredible experience at the steakhouse, and a huge part of that was thanks to our server, Karisma. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a genuine smile, made us feel welcome, and took the time to walk us through the menu with thoughtful recommendations that were absolutely on point. She checked on us at just the right times without ever feeling pushy, kept our drinks filled, and made sure every detail of our meal was exactly how we wanted it.
What really stood out was how attentive and warm she was the entire evening — she remembered special requests, was patient with our questions, and handled everything with calm professionalism even while the restaurant was busy. You can tell she truly cares about her guests having a great experience, and she turned what could have been just a nice dinner into a memorable night out for us. We will absolutely be back, and we’ll definitely be asking to sit in Karisma’s section again!

I had a really great experience at Texas Steakhouse & Saloon, and a big part of that was because of the busser, Krista. She was super quick clearing tables and kept everything really clean and organized. Every time a table left, it was cleaned and reset almost immediately, which made the whole restaurant feel well-run.

Then they say do you want us to redo it after 45 minutes of waiting
All I say is make triple double sure it’s exactly what you ordered or you will be wasting hundreds of of dollars and then they say we would redo it after 45 minutes of waiting
It’s written on the box and when you open it up it’s wrong I mean what is going on good luck make sure you double-check your food on takeout for carryout
And why is there only absolutely positive reviews on here not one negative review Foods great getting it right that’s a different story that’s it

Food was delicious!! Our families entrees were brought out very quick and all together. Kayleigh Dale was our server and she was over the top!! Met every need for our family from bringing our entrees out hot, keeping our drinks full to just making sure our dining experience was good well it was more than good it was the best!! Thank you Kayleigh for taking such good care of us! We will definitely be back and ask for you!!!
