I was disappointed! My food cost $76 and all the steak was way over cooked! I ordered steak express cuz they deliver… my steak was ordered rare so it could possibly get medium rare which is still acceptable! But my steak and the two others were so done and tough! Just sad cuz I was hungry and looked forward to it!

This place is horrible we orders the $28.99 Ribeye, salad, bake potato and roll, my fiancés food had a hair in her potato and both steaks were tough as ever tasted like charcoal that never gets changed out. ABSOLUTELY love it! Never been before today. Got the 9.99 beef tip plate of course upgraded to the loaded baked potato. But this price is the same you’d pay or even less than most of the fast food restaurants that you’d get much lower quality food. I will be back as often as I can.

It’s been 2 years since my last order. Thought to give them another try. Big mistake. Ordered the 2 cheese burger deal. Waited an hour and finally called. They got a rush order in so they were just starting on mine. When it finally showed up I got 2 burgers with cheese and bacon. No lettuce, no tomatoes, nothing. The burger was cold, dry and tasteless. Never again will I order again. wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

Edit: Ranch arrived after over and hour. The delivery driver was apologetic and they gave us some Cookies. After reading some of the reviews I hope no one over there gets in trouble for going out of their way for customer service. That’s how it should be .
