This was my first time trying brisket, and it truly exceeded my expectations. It was simple, fast, and incredibly delicious.
The meat was perfectly cooked and full of flavor.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the place had a clean, simple, and comfortable vibe that made the whole experience even better. I would definitely go back for more!
I ordered brisket and sausage

Texas Smoke BBQ blew me away! Their cornbread is hands-down the best I’ve ever had — perfectly moist, just the right amount of sweetness, and absolutely unforgettable. The pulled pork is amazing too: tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. If you’re craving real comfort food done right, this place delivers every time!

Good brisket, would recommend. This review is for another location but unfortunately it’s showing temporarily closed. Hope the food here at this location is the same as the other one.

I have been here a few times but today was the worst. We ordered the pulled pork sandwich, their feature smoked burger, burnt ends and baked beans. You pay when you order. We waited and when the person gave us our order, he said sorry, we ran out of burnt ends. My boyfriend asked for brisket instead, but they said something about mac and cheese and I didn’t hear everything. So when my boyfriend came back to me, he said oh they ran out of burnt ends so they’re going to give us mac and cheese and we have to wait again. So we waited in front of the food truck for at least another ten minutes. Eventually my boyfriend went back up to the truck and asked, and the person said, oh we already gave you the mac and cheese. We got into our car very confused and lo and behold they had given us mac and cheese with pulled pork.
We figured out that 1 – instead of letting us know right away or halfway through food prep that they ran out, they only said something at the end while giving us our food. 2 – They literally prepared (or just reused?) a Mac and cheese with pulled pork and gave it to us without even asking what we wanted. 3 – the mac and cheese with pulled pork is half the value of the burnt ends we ordered. 4 – they didn’t even offer us meat for the meat we ordered. we ordered a meat ‘main dish’. we would have accepted pulled pork or brisket or another meat option. We didn’t want a side. 5 – even though we asked for brisket, they basically made us take the Mac and cheese. 6 – the whole conversation was very confusing, such that we were waiting for food when we didn’t have to, and no one in the truck made eye contact with us after or asked us why we were still waiting around. We were waiting because we thought they were making the mac and cheese, after refusing to give us anything else, when in fact they had already handed it to us as if we had no choice in the matter. 7 – they didn’t offer us a bag even though they offered other customers bags, and even though we had four things; two of which were sandwiches which come in very slippery foil-ish paper.
This whole experience demonstrated terrible customer service and I don’t think it’s acceptable. The food here is not good enough to drive 30 min from Vancouver and then be treated like that. Additionally, they are consistently out of so many things (ribs, regular cornbread) by 2pm as if they are unable to estimate demand accurately.

Perfect Sunday spot to enjoy a great meal. I don’t even like coleslaw and I devoured it… I went with the Texas sampler, and everything was absolutely delicious, portions were good size! My only criticism & regret, is the Texas sampler should totally include a piece of the corn bread, I wanted to try the jalapeno corn bread bad. But just means I’ll come back again soon.

A friend and I came on a Saturday around 2:30pm to celebrate their birthday.

They have tables setup with umbrellas to keep you out of the sun while you enjoy your meal. They also have outdoor games for people to play (e.g. corn hole).

Two of us (one big eater, one small eater), shared BBQ For 2. There was ample food to share and plenty of BBQ to take home!

•Service 5/5: they were helping others when we arrived, but staff warmly greeted us and said they’d be with us shortly.

•Sausage 5/5: more of a smokie than sausage, in a good way! Nice flavor profile; all the smokey salty goodness that you hope for in a smokie.

•Pulled Pork 4.25/5: one bite, we were impressed! Excellent flavor, cooked to perfection, a tad salty, but the sweetness of the BBQ sauce helped offset that.

•Brisket 3.75/5: flavor-wise, it was good. We found some bites to be a bit on the dry side.

•House-Made Pickles 5/5: delicious, would’ve loved more! Perfectly pickly, excellent crunch.

•Coleslaw 2.75/5: basic, but fresh (i.e. not wilted or watery). Nothing bad, we just assumed they’d amp it up a bit.

•Mac & Cheese 1/5: call me crazy, I didn’t like this; thankfully, my friend didn’t mind it, and afterall, it was their birthday, so that’s what counts! Tex Mex flavor, but all I could taste was Velveeta.

Had a stop over at this BBQ place. Very easy to find and convenient to park, also some games around for kids to keep them busy. Food pretty tasty, but sausage needs more flavour/spices. Definitely recommend

Had high expectations from all the good reviews. However, most of the burnt ends we had were tough and hard to chew. The pieces that were fatty were very good. Mac and cheese was pretty good and the best part of our order. The beef brisket was slightly dry and under seasoned, if it were more tender and juicy it would have been great. All the meat we ordered was lukewarm. We came at 1:30PM on a Thursday so we might have just been unlucky which is unfortunate, because we heard good things.

Texas Smoke BBQ catered our corporate Christmas party and it was incredible!
Our clinic is in Abbotsford, and none of our staff had tried the food truck before—now they are all huge fans. The food received rave reviews, and everyone went back for seconds!
The cornbread was delicious, the meat was perfectly cooked, and the vegetarian options were amazing. And the beans… absolutely so good!
Lexi was fantastic to work with—so helpful and accommodating. She even drove the food to us so it would arrive warm and fresh. They truly went the extra mile to make our event a success.
We already visit the truck often because the quality is consistently excellent—honestly better than any BBQ restaurant in Langley.
Thank you again to Lexi and the Texas Smoke BBQ team, on behalf of Abby Physio!

This place is awesome.
While a tad expensive, the quality of the food is well worth it.
Had the brisket and holy crap it was so darn good.
They even gave a piece for my dog without even asking! awesome.
Great spot
