Although we waited over 10 minutes for someone to get our order started, the service was amazing! Our waiter gave great advice and explanations to our questions. The food was quite good. Although, the steak fries are disappointing, since the cheese hardened very quickly so everything was stuck together like a big rock. The chicken piece was mid and chewy, but not a horrible option. The burger was above average! We also ordered a the New York steak, I’ll say was the best part of our order. Overall, I’ll come here again just for the steak.

First and foremost, not impressed with the wings that were SUPPOSED to be sauced… then ALL OF OUR SAUCES WERE COVERED IN RANCH due to the cup busting in the bag before they even sent it home with me. I shoulda checked that, thats on me. They only gave me FOUR rolls when I ordered HALF A DOZEN. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with fries. The burger came out overcooked and the bacon was undercooked, raw on the ends. The fries were so over seasoned that they weren’t edible. The atmosphere is terrible! It’s so loud that you can’t even hold a conversation. They cram everyone into one corner of the restaurant when there’s plenty of seating to spread people out a little. So you have everybody trying to out yell the other. To say that this evening was a disaster is putting it lightly.

We love customer service here. I’ve been here several times and had nothing but nice experiences. Last night I went and ordered a 6oz sirloin, medium, with a baked potato and a salad. I got my salad and enjoyed it. The steak and potato came out and even before I cut the steak I knew it was leather. I cut into to not find a hint of pink and as much as I hate doing this, I called my server over and she looked and was astonished a she took the steak back. I had in total, 3 managers come check on us and apologize while the new steak was cooking. My only problem was the new steak came out without the mushrooms I ordered and asked for on the first one but everyone I was with was done with their food at that point so I let it go. A manager brought me a $15 voucher and apologized again. Great customer service and did as much as they could to fix it. Everyone else’s for came out exceptional as usual 🙂

Great service, great price and great selection, the wait was a bit long but that’s usually a sign its a good establishment and that it was .. cant wait to come back and try something eles … the ribs were amazing but I cant forget to mention the complimentary bread and cinnamon butter … kids menu was impressive . Carmen was an amazing server she was kind and attentive! My rolls were never empty and neither was my soda! Jace the manager in duty stopped and talked to each table individually and was so genuinely happy to be here! This was definitely the best Valentine’s Day yet! We will definitely be back it’s so worth the drive across the mountains!

For all the hype and excitement of a new restaurant it fell short for my family and I. First the music was so loud and obnoxious you couldn’t even have a normal conversation. You literally had to yell at each other just to hear. Our poor waitress was doing her best to hear us but I had to repeat my order to her 4 times for her to hear it correctly. My husband and son had steak cook perfectly! My daughters burger was so salty she could barely eat half. I ordered several appetizers and I sent the fried pickles back because they tasted like they used pickles past their date. I told the waitress they tasted off but I still had to pay for them. Normally if something is bad and not eaten they will take it off your bill. Not here!! For a bill of over $200.00 my family and I are not impressed! Now I will say the cactus blossom is spot on and the rattlesnake bites are ridiculously addictive! The wings had grizzle or fat on every single one. The potato skins were amazing!

We didn’t have to wait to be seated very king on a Thurs night and the server was very good but the steak was way overdone. One person’s medium or medium well is different from the next I guess. On the menu it refers to medium well as slightly pink but there was absolutely no pink in our steaks. On other occasions we have either had to wait way too long or the service was poor. Sorry Texas Roadhouse in Union Gap but I will drive to Kennewick if I want good steaks at Texas Roadhouse.

I do love Texas Roadhouse. The food has always been good, and service great too. However, the music is just a little too loud for my liking. It makes it very hard to have a conversation with multiple people if everyone is trying to talk above the music. Don’t get me wrong, I love the music they play, just turning it down a couple notches would be great.
