Now when we first got there it was an amazing introduction ser vice was fast wait time was even faster and we got to pick out the oz of meat we wanted ranging from 20oz to 13oz this place had me hook in the first half of service .
Now this is where things went down hill as we was seated we was not properly welcomed in service and it took us having to call the host to find out that our server didn’t know we were hers. Now the mix was settled and we was introduced to another server who took over our service and the women fix her mistake by giving us a free order of appetizers.
When waiting on our food we order drinks drinks which came our second problem no margaritas was available and then when substituted the drinks was water down .
Ok but we didn’t want the night to be terrible so we just calmly waited for the food coming to why I gave the food a three star ⭐
1. the steak was cook to perfection
2. The potato was dried
3. The shrimp was delicious
4. The country fried chicken was cook great on the outside but on the inside it was gummy
Green bean had great favor
5. The ribs was not tender but was great in taste and texture
6. There chicken bits was overly smoother with barbecue
7. the potato wedges was decent but could be better
Would love to come and try it at a different time to see if it was just the 8pm shift or maybe ……….
Their bread rolls are tasty. I got the ribeye steak with shrimp and mashed potatoes. The shrimp is so good with a little bit of lemon juice on top. I always enjoy the food here, always have leftovers, and never had a problem with the service. Just make sure that you get on the waitlist, because sometimes there can be a long wait.
The salad was a surprise standout. Crisp, fresh greens paired with flavorful toppings and a well-balanced dressing made it more than just a side dish—it was genuinely enjoyable. It complemented the richness of the steak and ribs without being overshadowed, which is no small feat.
Of course, no trip to Texas Roadhouse is complete without their signature bread and cinnamon butter (or “bunny butter” as it’s fondly known). Warm, soft rolls fresh from the oven paired with that sweet, creamy spread were the perfect start—and end—to the meal. Altogether, the combination of great food, generous portions, and a welcoming atmosphere made for a memorable visit.
Be sure to park on West side of the building where the entrance is
Only thing bothered me is that the way they made a mother with her little one in a middle seat move their kid to make room for the other table to squish everyone together. The other guess even asked to sit on the other tables which were empty and the girl said no sorry. Like there is Bunch other tables open right here they shouldn’t cram everyone together to the point to disturb a child in a stroller. I understand it’s to clean fast and prep for the next roll of customers but it’s courtesy and common sense.
Then we got seated and everything was great till after the waiter brought our drinks. We didn’t see him again till the end! We had multiple waiters bringing the food and running off before we could ask for anything!
WE HAD TO GET UP AND ASK ANOTHER WAITRESS FOR UTENSILS AND NAPKINS after we had our drinks and appetizers. They only had one fork/knife set available when we asked and there was four of us. We waited another 10 mins. before we all had utensils and napkins. We finally got our food and they had the sides wrong for all our meals. We had to wait more. The waiter(this was another waiter not the one who took our order) almost put his thumb in my mash when handing it to me. No apologies!
NO ONE CHECKED UP ON US AND ASKED IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING! No one offered dessert. They were all too busy dancing. We had to use the kiosk on the table to pay because our waiter disappeared. When we did see him he was dancing! We had to get up again and ask a waiter for to go boxes and they seemed bothered!! We also had to grab a bag on our way out. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! Way over priced on food, tri tip was hard and dry, mash potatoes was cooked with nasty water, and 1 chicken breast for $13.99 was like eating rubber. I do not recommend!
