On 2/24/26 at approximately 1835 I arrived at Texas Roadhouse. This is the first time I ate at Texas Roadhouse and let me tell you. Starting with the staff. The hostess that took my name she was very professional and pleasant. She has a sense of humor and very well spoken. The other hostess that walked me to my table the same very professional well spoken and she even asked if I was celebrating anything thing tonight. I told her this was my first time eating there and she brought me over some VIP peanuts. This staff actually listen to their guest. Now my waitress Sam blew it out of the water. Her professionalism, and sense of humor just made eating there a great experience. She was very attentive and pleasant. Great place to eat and if anyone goes I’m sure all the staff is nice and helpful but ask for Sam. She is great. I ordered the catfish and it was good. Also the bread was very tasty. Wonderful job and making me feel like I was important. Thank you.

Recently visited during a in-state road trip.
I’m fully under the impression that Texas Roadhouse consistently has a consistency problem. Unlike prior visits to other TX RH locations, the Casa Grande location really shinned on all fronts.
While the wait was significant, the process moved quickly.
Once seated we were immediately made to feel valued and welcomed by our server Aguilar. Endless hot house rolls with extra butter solves and smooths over anything.
Lag time from ordering to table side presentation was minimal at best. Food arrived hot, fresh and delicious, masterfully cooked to absolute perfection.
Overall we experienced a wonderful visit free of any problematic issues.

We had a good experience here. I visit family in this area. So I thought we would try out these texas road house.
Service was wonderful. 5 stars. The employees here do a really good job. The senior patrons that eat here need to learn to be nicer better people. I saw how awful some of the seniors were behaving. Poor waiters, hostess, bar tender and manager.
Our experience was very good.
Only low stats for the steak we got. It was over cooked and it was very chewy. Though we ordered medium rare. We still ate it. Didn’t need to complain or have it sent back. We just are not those kind of people. We got the $12.99 meal deal before 5pm. So juat assumed that meant bad cut of meat. The potatoes we got as sides was good. The mushrooms were over cooked though.
Other than that. Good experience. Good drinks.

Loved our meal! Food was good, service was great…atmosphere was loud and rowdy but all in all was great. The yelling and dancing twice an hour was obnoxious but we knew that in advance

Love this place!! Seriously. I love that they recognize our active Military Men & Women snd offer a discount including our much appreciated Veterans.
I love how they wear a T-shirt that reads, I love my job.❤️ sometimes you don’t get that feeling at some places.
But here everyone is very friendly, and helpful with the menu if you can’t decide.
You can never go wrong with the steaks here!! Juicy & tender grilled to perfection. Seriously not kidding, very delicious. (Thank me later) I love the staff very well organized, no long waiting and everyone that works here is attentive. Food is always great here.

Went on a Thursday for dinner , while be very busy or wait was less than 20 minutes. We were seated quickly and drink orders take right away. Our server Courtney was very pleasant and right on top of things. While Courtney was away Mikayla came by and made sure we had drinks and chatted with us. The food arrived as ordered and was wonderful. Courtney and Mikayla made it a very pleasant night for me and my family. Thank you ladies!!

When I arrived to pick up my order today, I and 2 other people waited for over 5 minutes before anyone came out of the back to give us our orders. Additionally, they didn’t give me my drinks until I said they were missing. Also, I was missing a side, had the wrong dressing for my salad, and the rolls had not risen and were baked too long. They were flat, dry, and had crunchy bottoms. I didn’t think you could ruin TR rolls, but you did today. Overall, this is the worst TR experience I’ve ever had. Management at this location needs to take note before they lose all their customers!

My daughter and I waited for 1 hour for 2 dozens of bread yesterday.
Some are small some are just okay(?), uhm some right size. ♀️ The lady ordered after me got her orders first (same order). We always get fresh breads (like weekly) but this is the first time I got a batch like this. Not to mention getting just 11pcs not 12pcs.

We stopped here after having a couple days off to have a nice dinner. It started off nice, even though there was many people in line. Our wait was limited because we associated with some friends that we had met up with. The host is outstanding obviously very good at his job. However, the food was less than mediocre. I ordered the ribeye with a side of ribs. The ribs were so overcooked that I had to actually break them apart, kind of like a piece of firewood… the steak was dry, though it was cooked with a little pink in the middle like I ordered, but it was dry as toast. I also ordered a side salad. It didn’t fill up half the bowl. I know it was skimpy because we had just eaten there a couple weeks ago and the salad I received at that time was fresh and refreshing. .
The service was OK like I said the food was not.
My wife ordered the sirloin steak. her steak too was dry so needless to say we were not thrilled, When we brought it to the waiters attention. He said he would let the cook know, but that was it. I went to their website contacted them, to add insult to the injury I received no response no apology. No acknowledgment whatsoever. I think the next time we will just make the trip into Chandler or Phoenix. It’s worth the trip $60 plus is a lot of money to waste on mediocre food. We could’ve went to In-N-Out spent less than half and at least had a juicy burger.

We ate here on Monday night and it was very very busy. We were told 10-20 wait for a table. At 17 minutes we were on the way to be seated with rolls. The hostess took the time to ask where we were from. Out waitress was very polite. Our food was delicious! Rib eye and a rack of ribs are what we ate. It was a great experience.
