We came here yesterday(Saturday) for my birthday, when the doors opened(best time). Our food was delicious! I started off with a dirty soda(coconut cream), very good! The appetizer(free with rewards on birthday)-ribs and fries were amazing! The ribeye(cooked to medium with onions and mushrooms on top)and shrimp plate with Caesar salad and mashed potatoes was the way to go. The whole meal couldn’t have been better! To top it off, Maura, our server was outstanding from her smile, demeanor, and always being attentive! Derek, is always friendly walking around making sure the restaurant is running smoothly and people are happy! Great overall birthday meal experience!

Never been to Texas Roadhouse as they don’t have any where I live, so when I had to go to Boise for a family event, I knew now was the time! All the food was great and did not disappoint. The rolls were straight out of my dreams.

Food doesn’t seem as good as it once was. But very clean, lots to take in visual wise, great server, big menu and good size portions. Your peanuts come in a bag and they give you a bucket to throw the shells in, no throwing peanuts on the floor anymore, boo.

On two consecutive visits we were given dirty plates. This place does not wash its dishes. Server was great. But may not come back because everybody is eating off dirty dishes. In our last visit we had to send back four plates that had identifiable food on them. So gross! Management didn’t care.

Submitted to the online complaint link. 0 call, email, text response. We will never be back. Period. Worst experience and no accountability. Gross.
Came in to have dinner tonight, we were served cold shrimp, and a Mac and Cheese with no cheese at all, plain noodles.
We paid for our drinks, tipped our sever, (who was wonderful) but walked without eating our food, as by the time the remakes came, everything else was cold.
When we politely asked for manager info, they refused and were quite rude. We are usually frequent Nampa Restaurant people, so this experience at the Boise/Meridian location was shocking. I hope to hear from someone about this soon.

I was pleasantly surprised for a chain restaurant this place was good. We had low expectations expecting a logans road house or any other chain restaurant experience. Service was great, friendly staff and plenty of them. Food came out quick, we all had filet and they came out perfect. Our family definitely enjoyed our meal.

The servers were phenomenal and the manager who fixed our issue was great. However it took almost 2 hours for food and they sat our family who had kids in a bar. Kids should not be in a bar especially when people are screaming at other people over sports. We did get moved however there’s zero reason for kids to be next to a bar. The rib eye was completely raw it was supposed to be medium rare however they basically seared it through it on the plate without temping it and it was rare. The ribs were extremely dry as well.

Food and waitresses was HORRIBLE tonight. Salad was warm, steaks were way undercooked, and fry’s came out cold. We ended up asking to get hot fry’s and they came out like they have been sitting out for hours. Rolls were burnt tonight. Our waitress got out drinks to us after 15 min of waiting and then never came back to refill our drinks during stay. Nor did she asks us how our food was. We left more than half our food on table as it was shit and left with no drinks. Was terrible. Wish I took more pictures. We left!

Emma is super great!! she is so helpful, efficient, thoughtful, smart, and honest! I stopped by in person to place to go order, 30 minutes before close…She made the perfect recommendations and she’s so personable!! She’s very patient and kind. And, she’s pretty—cute smile! Lol
