First time visit,
Most starters deep fried. Especially cactus onion gross. Full of deep fry fat and color of it shows oil was old and over cooked.Steak was great but Chicken steak was modified in factory its so obvious. Not 100%real chicken. Salads are simple which You can buy any groceries and make yourself home. Nothing special. So generally ok but not restaurant level instead takeaway style food place. Restaurants usually specialised for their environment,service and menu for themselves. I didnt see or feel any of these.

Adam our waiter was great! Explained everything perfectly and since this was our first visit to Texas Roadhouse that was super nice.
We were brought a tray of sampler sides and that was more than fun to try.
Our steaks were cooked perfectly med/rare and so yummy! My drink was perfect!
Only thing was rice was over cooked, and green beans also overcooked, and should have not been sent out of kitchen.
We will visit again and try a differant side.

One of the WORST experiences I’ve ever witnessed. Yes we had a party of 10, but does that justify waiting for over three hours?! We arrived a little after five in the evening and were told our waiting time for a table was about 40 minutes. Not a problem! We understand that we are a bigger party and it is a little more challenging to get a bigger table set up. After waiting there for about that much, my daughter needed to use the facilities so I walked her back to the restroom and noticed on my walk back there that most of one corner of the restaurant was semi vacant. There was a vacant booth for six as well as a vacant table for six right next to it could be easily pieced together to make one large table to accommodate us all. They had done this in the past and it had worked out great for all! The hostess looked and acted new to the position and lacked experience. Which is fine we all start somewhere, but to ignore you and walk away is just not the best customer service. After waiting an hour, and after another party of 11 are seated before us…. we finally got seated. To only order and wait for over an hour and a half for our dinner. When our meals eventually made it to our two separate tables, most of the food was cold dry and we could tell it was sitting out for a good portion of the hour. A manager came out after we told our server about our food and she made sure, plate by plate that it was taken care of. We really appreciate your efforts and concern at that time, and making at least that part of our experience right. After all was said and done, we realized we were there for over three hours.

Arriving at 9:15 PM when they close at 10, we still had a very great dining experience. We sat at the bar which actually worked out well for us. The bartender was very attentive and friendly. The portions were amazing. I ordered way too much and I couldn’t even basically eat my entrée lol. The deep-fried pickle slices are fantastic. I highly recommend them. The spuds were amazing. The pulled pork was amazing. The only thing we ended up questioning on our visit is why were there no female country artists being played.

Took my mother here for her 79th birthday. Our server Autumn was amazing! Attentive and very friendly. The food came out perfectly timed. Onion blossom was hot. Salad plates chilled. Entrees on point! This is a very well run establishment. Would highly recommend!

First time coming to any Texas Roadhouse, I enjoyed it a lot, my family and I were sat near a huge group at the same time and there was a longer wait than usual for food because so many people were sat at once. We totally understood that and had no problem waiting, especially as the food was amazing! The table next to us was giving our server a lot of trouble about the wait and got the manager involved then talked badly about the server while she wasn’t around, so we kind of got dinner and a show.
Our server Rebecca was amazing and dealt with that situation wonderfully. We had a chat with her about customer service and how crazy it was that they were upset after the group left which was super fun, it’s too bad servers have to deal with that at all. Would come again, even without the drama.

This is a place that has a fun atmosphere. It’s noisy inside. If you want a quiet meal go somewhere else.
The food was okay. I had the Salmon which was cooked perfectly. It’s most likely farm raised since it’s pale. The sweet potato was good. The person I was with didn’t care for the pulled pork sauce. Unfortunately the pulled pork comes pre-made so you can’t remove the sauce. We were given the choice of having ribs in place of the pulled pork. The ribs took a little while to come out. They were very dry. It was nice to have an offer of changing meals. They really did try hard to please.
