Jeana was literally the BEST! She went above and beyond for my girls and I tonight. She comoed our drinks and totally did not need to! Michelle at the to go counter was awesome. We were going to eat there after a long driving. We decided it was too hot for our critters in the car. It is Wyoming in July, after all. We decided to go and Michelle was very helpful, giving menu recommendations, offering to text us while we were with the dogs and bringing it curbside. We took it back to the motel and enjoyed a delicious steak, and so did the Kinsey and Blondie.

Best steaks we’ve had in a restaurant in a VERY long time. We do not have TX Roadhouse’s in Oregon but always visit them when we travel. This location did not disappoint. We would come here regularly if we lived closer.

Why even have prime rib on the menu if it’s always sold out. We can cook better ribeyes at home than we get here. 3 times in a row you’re sold out of prime, 2 of them being right after 6pm.

We usually really like these restaurants. We just ordered some dessert to go, not dinner. Their website said it would be ready in 10 minutes, it took 30. Once we got home we found the apple pie cold, frozen in the middle and the brownie cold as well. Disappointed ☹️

The food was decent but that’s about it. Order was brought out wrong. The waitress acknowledged it and made the correct but then took about 15 mins to get the correct meal. When we mentioned it the manager offered us a free appetizer but since we aren’t from the area and don’t have a Texas Roadhouse near us, a free appetizer coupon does us no good. He took $5 off the incorrect steak but for not even being able to eat my meal with the rest of the table, $5 seems low. Especially since it was completely wrong. Also we were charge for drinks for our kids meal and when I mentioned it they said it was because their drinks were in big cups, even though we didn’t ask for them to be. They were eventually taken off as well but altogether there were about $30 worth of errors on the bill. If you can put up with the service the food was pretty good.
