I didn’t get to have a birthday song, but this place seems ready to lay down the party vibes. I had the 6oz Denver filet. Boss had the Chicken Critter salad. My steak was done perfectly and not so huge for lunch while on a long drive. The salad was just huge and almost overwhelming- ordered a ToGo box before she even started so that the mountain of greens was more easily navigated. Chicken hot and crispy. Dressing on the side. Looks like a fun place

Service at Texas Roadhouse in Grand Junction was genuinely great. Friendly, attentive, refills appeared like magic. No complaints there.
Now, about the prime rib. We ordered two. What arrived was a masterclass in bovine marbling appreciation. Roughly half of each cut was what I can only describe as an avant garde exploration of “edible candle.” If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to carve through a stick of warm butter with occasional cameos by actual meat, this is your moment.
To be fair, the portions were generous. Very generous. Generous with fat. If there were a keto convention in town, we accidentally catered it.
Again, the staff was great. The vibe was classic Roadhouse. But if I wanted this much fat, I would have just ordered a side of it and saved the suspense.
Pro tip: Ask for extra lean. Or bring a spoon and call it steak confit.

We stumbled upon Texas Roadhouse completely by accident while staying overnight in Rapid City. We were just looking for something nearby to eat, and this place turned out to be a gem! The atmosphere is great – lively and fun – and even though it was very busy, we still managed to get a table without a long wait.
Both of us ordered different steaks. The menu has a huge selection, with several types of steak, plus you can choose the doneness and two sides with your meal. I was honestly impressed: my steak was medium, perfectly juicy and tender. I never expected to have such a good steak at a chain restaurant! My partner was just as happy with his choice.
The prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. The service was also excellent – especially from the young blonde waitress who took care of us (I wish I remembered her name!).
We enjoyed it so much that now we’re planning to visit more Texas Roadhouse locations in other cities!

The food was good but not enough for what you pay for. There should have been bigger helping. The service we couldn’t have had a better waitress she was so freaking awesome. We had about 20 of us for a birthday party and she was great at what she does. That woman should get a big raise because she never messed any of our orders up, she was more than attentive to all of our wants and needs. The atmosphere was good but a little loud for me on a Monday night.

It was cool this time. I came once before right after moving here and it was tragic. The food was gross and the wait staff was awful I decided to give it another try about a year later. The food was good and the service was excellent. I used my veterans coupon and fed two people for 38 bucks. Can beat that. Thank you.

I ordered to go on 12/30/25, there was a hiccup with the order and it was missing. The staff and manager were so very kind, professional, accomodating, GREAT PEOPLE AND GREAT MANAGEMENT make a fabulous team. You guys make it look good! Thank you for a great night and a wonderful dinner!

First issue was coming into the restaurant and seeing it just as empty as the parking lot and being told it would be a 15 minute wait for a table. Another girl came up and took us to a table and apologized for us being told that.
We put our order in and when the food came out, we nearly left. See photos.. just sad. The mac and cheese we ordered for our kid came out as a puck of noodles with cheese sauce, then when I went to stir it up, there was something in it that looked like gum, or plastic.
When we told the waitress, there was no surprise or apology, just an ok I’ll get another one. Now we’re sitting there inspecting our food because it seems like this happens a lot.
I had a steak with fries and a salad, I was no longer comfortable eating the salad so that was a waste. My husband had gotten loaded mashed potatoes and they were cold. With that and the issue of finding something in our kids food, the loaded mashed potatoes were also a waste. The only thing that was good was the little Dallas filet. It was cooked perfectly.

We went to Texas road house for dinner. As usual the food was great! The service we received however was outstanding. Megan was great! 5 stars does not describe her…. 100 stars would be close…the bomb.com. Thanks Megan! Your hard work is much appreciated!

Best cooked steak I’ve ever had from a Texas Roadhouse! I enjoyed the food and the service I had tonight! Stacy B was so nice and friendly and stayed on top of things!
