Ordered pick up for the second time from this location to give another try…raw steaks, no sauce for the onion bloom and my son’s chicken tenders didn’t come with its side. Last time I spoke with the manager and they said they will Work on how the food gets checked when going out but they’re always in a rush and I feel like they never ever check items even when your dining in. I would rather have my food take time and make it correctly especially with my money being the one spent.

Was full when we arrived
We were informed it would be about a 45 minute wait. My wife found the last 2 seats at the bar. We took our chances, best choice ever, we had a blast. The guy with the mustache was awesome as was Loretta. Thank you guys for a great evening.

I couldn’t help but notice how incredibly smaller the meal portions were. My baked potato looked all shriveled up with 3 marshmallows on it, it was pretty sad and the steak was the same tiny piece. The bread was great- as always and our waiter was awesome-he even brought me some breakfast to take home! But the food portion sizes. . Nothing like they used to be and not even close to what the menu shows.

It’s been a while since I’ve dined at a Texas Roadhouse restaurant! It was packed and I didn’t have to wait for a seat as I sat at the bar. Service by Loretta, Hailey, and Alyssa was fantastic! The 20 oz. Bone-in ribeye was great! My drinks were also topped off without me having to ask for a refill. The TRH is a must visit in Pueblo!

The potato soup was amazing, I ordered chicken and ribs was fine, my wife steak and shrimps (the steak was cooked perfectly), i expected better service but was not bad. My big concern is the way that they charge the upgrades. And we didn’t have peanuts

I love this place! I don’t get to eat here very often but every time I have been here it has never let me down. This place is packed all the time so I suggest looking at my photos and scanning the join wait-list now. Get the cactus blossom! It’s worth it!

Every time we order out, ITS CRAP!!!! Ordered steak, fries and salad…. Three bites of salad, and 8 French fries?!?! Damn, I know it’s not cheap and we’re all cutting corners, but REALLY? Every time we order out from there, is one more reason not to!!! The Roadhouse USED TO BE my favorite place to eat. It’s gone downhill VERY fast!!!!
And by the responses I’ve read on your negative reviews, it appears you really don’t care what people think, as long as someone comes through the door, right?
The Roadhouse used to be recommended by me to everyone visiting town…. Looks like the Olive Garden, chilis, Applebees and VI beat you out.
I don’t know what happened at this location in the last few years, but it’s been devastating to your business and reputation.
