Definitely a wow experience! The steaks were tender and cooked exactly as requested. Their hot bread and butter with a touch of cinnamon were a must repeat . We were kindly served in a day packed with guests due to Valentine’s day!

Unfortunately I was quite disappointed. Ordered at the outdoor (to go) window. I stayed there until the time it was scheduled. Paid at the window, and got the text saying it was ready while pacing in front of the place. No pink at all, no condiments, no napkins, soggy fries…..
When I went back it took another 5 minutes to get pickles and lettuce for my overdone burger. Cassandra was very polite in apologizing, but it wasn’t a great experience. I prefer just getting a simple order right so no apologies are needed.

We had such a great experience at Texas Roadhouse! Our server, Shea, was absolutely amazing. He was so sweet, friendly, and had us laughing the whole time. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, and it made our meal even better. His food recommendations were on point everything we tried was delicious. He was attentive without being overbearing, kept checking in at the perfect times, and made sure we had everything we needed.
Great service like that really makes a difference. We’ll definitely be back, and we hope to get Shea again!

Literally an experience that you will be happy to have had. Devyn, our service technician, was 5 star plus, concierge white glove treatment for us. Just an amazing restaurant and wonderful staff that made our event happen with the best outcome ever.

Oh man!! I hate to do this but it has to be done! We have been coming to this location for years… but the food isn’t always 100% so we decided to go down to North Denver and Let me just tell you, honey. It was the best filet I ever had on my life it was that good ! Not to mention the rest of everything else was superb. My family also felt the same way. We actually told the manager that we were from Greeley and we can’t believe what a difference in the food and he actually said that they get that a lot. Now the service has been impeccable either place! If you don’t believe me

Our server last night was Kendall she was amazing!!! She was super fast and made sure we had everything we need without even asking. Any time our drinks were low she came quick with another one without a thought. We mentioned we were bringing our leftovers to my mother in law and she brought us fresh bread to bring to her in a box. It was so kind and considerate! Kendall’s awesome!!!

The roadhouse was completely packed and we were seated and served in a really good time. This Texas Road House has improved quite a bit in the last 2 years. I recall not wanting to come back here a few years ago, but now it’s operating much better! Our steaks also came out exactly how we ordered, which for rare to medium rare is kind of RARE!! Thanks Greeley TRH crew!

I went tonight to place a huge order for my kids and family well once again I was shorted food I paid for and then the two employees that were back there Jaz and Fernando both lied to the manager and said they gave us the food that definitely was not the case my children didn’t get their kids meals because he didn’t send that order to the kitchen. The manager Cain sat there and was very unprofessional and disrespectful on the phone with me. This needs to be addressed by the owners and general manager

Wow!!! What an experience!!! I absolutely love TRHG ❤️. Yes, yes, yes !!! Waitress was amazing, patient, and listened to our needs. She treated my children nicely and asked my permission before giving my kids more drinks. Staff was friendly, and everyone was presentable as well! The steak was amazing, and the rolls of course to die for. We love this place, ten out of ten on our Monte scale!
