One of my favourite restaurant chains. I’ve tried different locations, and today i visited this one. Service was good, though we waited a bit even with a reservation. The meat was delicious and worth it. Highly recommended.

Tonight my experience with Texas Roadhouse, was top notch. We got the chicken fried steak and the steak medallions. Both cooked to perfection. And most notably the sides were good. In the past the sides here were pretty mediocre at best. Mutliple times in the past we has them be wayyy over seasoned. Tonight they were good. We probably only go here once every 6 months or so and this quality experience was refreshing as the products are still a bit pricey.

Dining room area smelling like sewage .
Very disappointing experience today. I was seated near the restroom where there was a very strong sewage smell. Staff acknowledged they were aware of the issue but still seated guests in that area. Poor service and no real effort to resolve it.
I even contacted corporate to raise this concern. The manager (Anna) did not seem to take the situation seriously. This raises real sanitation concerns. I won’t be returning.

Loaded potato did not come with any fixings. Not the first time our takeout order is not right. Often missing the extra rolls we order. Submitted a few reviews directly never seems to make a difference. Nothing is ever done to correct the problems. Order # 40193305648857088. How about a credit on the card used for the order to correct the problem?

I enjoy Texas Roadhouse to a certain extent but food quality and care has gone down, steaks are never cooked to temp, and this time around everything on my plate was so overwhelmingly salty (including the upgraded filet) that I really didn’t feel it was worth the waiting for a table/money spent. You’re never really treated as a guest, just someone who is spending time there, and their efficiency in turning tables has fostered a model in which you’re unwelcome to linger or interact in a genuine way with servers, which is not my favorite. But, it’s fine, and will probably remain that way. Expect to hear the Happy Birthday song a minimum of three times per visit.

Really busy place even for Wednesday after 7pm. Definitely, call and make reservations to get in faster! We came to celebrate life in general with our family and extended family, to enjoy each other’s company and say thank you for having us.
I had the catfish with double mashed, mom had the special 8oz steak with steak fries and house salad, my brother and sissy (who we found out is now allergic to peanuts, just slightly) they shared the 8oz steack special with sweet potato and shrimp, and the cousin enjoyed the ribs with her double mashed as well… plus we had the cactus onion for an appetizer. Oh and the buns were amazing with the sweet butter.

Service is going WAY downhill. We’ve been eating here for YEARS and the last two years our steaks are almost always cooked wrong. I always tell them I do not want a discount or reimbursed, I just want them to tell the cooks what’s happening. This time, though, we had THEEE over-cooked steaks. No, we don’t want to wait another 20 minutes after waiting 30, for another steak. So yes, this time we took the gift certificate and thanked the manager.
Our waiter checked on our table of 8 ONE TIME. We all needed refills, and we had to ask twice for my daughter’s birthday brownie.
Once we POLITELY showed the waiter our over-cooked steaks, he completely ignored our table while attending to multiple tables around us, multiple times.
We were not rude or entitled or ANYTHING. This guy just figured since we weren’t happy with our steaks, that we’d stiff him on the tip. So he proactively made it clear he wasn’t handling that table anymore.
Welp, THAT’S how you lose you tip. And I tip 30-50%,for good service. Your loss dude.
Y’all might want to have a meeting about crappy servers, and tell the kitchen to stop ruining steaks.

Honestly Reviewing Life
After waiting 30 minutes for a table in a facility that was about a quarter of the way full we were seated. Our roles were on the verge of being cold. Weighted sometime and then a server came up to take our drink order. After receiving our drinks that was the last time our drinks were filled without flagging him down. Ordered snake bites which came out perfect. Ordered ribeye medium rare and shrimp green beans and a bowl of chili. And a 16oz ribeye medium. Will the medium rare steak came out well done but the beans and chili were good. The 16 oz medium came out medium well. We never usually send anything back because we don’t want to anger or have somebody redo their job if you know what I mean. But the food was decent.

First, the wait was astronomical—even after joining the Waitlist online, we still sat in the lobby for an extra 40 minutes while other tables seemed to be seated ahead of us. Once we finally sat down, the service was scattered and inattentive. We had to ask multiple times for basic things like rolls and refills.
The food was the biggest heartbreak. My steak was not only overcooked but incredibly salty—practically inedible. Even the sides, which are usually a safe bet, came out lukewarm and bland. To top it off, the environment was so chaotic and the music was so loud we couldn’t even have a conversation without shouting.
For the price you pay, you expect better quality and a much higher standard of service. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon
