As soon a we walked in the door there was a young man standing waiting to greet us fast seating might have been because we came before rush hour. As a young woman sat us down not even 2 minutes later a waitress came to ask us what will we like to drink as soon as she came back with are drinks and fresh rolls with cinnamon butter she took are food down and 19-20 minutes later food on the table. (excellent service food a1 I would recommend coming here nice staff,good vibe, and excellent food )

Visited Texas Roadhouse with my significant other for a valentines dinner, it was really busy but I was very pleased with the quick and excellent service! Our server quickly took our orders and constantly checked in on us for refills. The food was amazing, everything was cooked as requested and I had a great time, definitely get the rattlesnake bites! Would definitely recommend joining the waitlist online on busy days, we skipped the long line at the front this way.

I enjoy Texas Roadhouse and have frequented a fair share of locations. My experience at this location, however, was very poor. For the most part, the food was good, but the logistics were horrible. We used the app to enter the waitlist, which states 25-35 minute wait. We weren’t seated until after 58 minutes. And whoever wipes table does not take pride in their job. The table still had a few crumbs and the seats appeared like they weren’t wipes at all; crumbs all over the place. Once we ordered, it took another 52 minutes for our food to come out. No idea why as other tables appeared to be getting their food much quicker. One huge problem is that whoever manages the restaurant is letting patrons abuse them. The table next to us was finishing their meal when we sat down, but they were still there when we left. This is at a time when people are waiting over an hour to be seated. The party next to us even brought in their own cake to eat it in the restaurant. If this location can get their management in order, then this may be a nice place to patron, but as it currently is, this place is a frustration not deserving of my business.

Overall, the experience and the food itself was great! But what is wrong with their alcohol menu? Is it even legal not to disclose the prices in the menu? The margarita was delicious and cost 13 bucks. Just beware when you order alcohol! ✌️

Went for a steak dinner with my wife and inlaws, the wait time was long, as is usual for a Friday night. After being seated, it took about 15 minutes and asking multiple servers before we got utensils, which my father in law had to go get himself. We ordered kids chicken strips and four 8 0z Sirloin steaks, mine was supposed to be medium rare, while the other three were supposed to be well done. We got one rare and three medium rare instead, and my son had to wait an extra 20 minutes for his food. I ate my steak rare, while the other 3 were returned and recorded. The food was still good in the end, but the service left room for improvement.
