I love eating at Texas Roadhouse. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and the atmosphere awesome. The bread is out of this world. I’ve never been disappointed with a meal. Genuinely one of the best places in town. Thank you so much for great service. Would recommend to family and friends.

The food was pretty good. I always get medium rare and this place got it spot on. The service was excellent and the wait times minimal. They accommodated our large group very easily. Even though our group was large, our waiter was very attentive and we never had to wait for refills. The table next to us got a hold of our check-out device and dowloaded games for the kids. Our waiter noticed and was very honest and had them removed. Would definitely come back.

Is this going to be the best steak you’ve ever had in your life? Probably not. But, is the service going to blow you away? Still, probably not. But, if you’re looking for a dependable options in Laredo, I highly suggest you go here. Sure, it’s a chain restaurant and there are likely better places to get a steak in the area, but if you’re not sure adventurous, go ahead and go here.

Food was great, however, my shiner bock had a bad taste (dirty water). Brought this to the sever who brought the manager over. I explained that situation and asked him if they were allowed to taste the beer, he said yes, offered me another beer, but instead I decided to go for water. I only drank 15% of my beer. Not looking for free stuff, but is the least the manager could have done. Oh, he never came back to tell me about the taste of the shiner bock.

Food was great, service was ok eventhough that the girl that took down my name to be seated passed us up twice till I had to bring it to her attention. When we were finally seated she forgot to take bread and cinnamon butter to our table so I had to request for it twice with two different waiters. Finally when I thought things were going to get better we weren’t given utensils so I had to ask for them. We got the utensils and when I opened them from the napkin wrap and they had food on them as if the weren’t cleaned at all. I had to bring it up to our waiters attention and we quickly got another set of utensils. I know it might not be the waiters fault but it looks bad on that waiter because he is the one handing us the items. Whomever wrapped the utensils had to have seen the forks were dirty. I was about ready to walk out of this establishment. With all these bad things happening at the time the food was just ok nothing to brag about. I guess it would have been the same no matter what plate we ordered. It was just a bad experience all around. Overall I will definitely go back sometime this year.

Worst service I’ve ever had, no one ever came to our table for refills or to check on us. I used to love the service there but every employee was on their phone or just talking to each other and laughing. That includes the manager we trying to stop waiters but literally they looked at us and kept walking. We paid over $90 for horrible service. I will never go back there again.
