Saturday last night we stopped at a Mexican restaurant in another county that would beyond disappointing. I can take some bad service but it can make or break your experience. Especially when the food and the service combined are horrible. Five stars for Texas Roadhouse in Victoria Texas. Our waiter and Ivan was awesome and the food was delicious. Actually everyone was on there a game. Try the catfish it’s delicious and so is the sauce that comes with the loaded baked potatoe.

Ordered to go….this is beef tips with brown gravy, mushrooms and onions and load mashed potatoes..
Do you see the gravy? Mushrooms? Onions? Potatoes were not loaded…just plain mashed potatoes (I put butter in the potatoes) absolutely horrible! Not what we paid for! Left a generous tip too! Not doing it again! Do better Roadhouse!!
Husband got herb crusted chicken…just plain chicken breast!! This was a to go order!!

I should of taken a picture of my food. I ordered a steak it was cook to perfection, sweet potato was amazing.My friend had the same thing. I had a margarita… very good. My husband had the pork chops he said it was seasoned very good. Our waitress(sorry didnt get the name) was great. our other friend had a chicken fried steak , nothing was left he ate it all.

Ordered for pick up off of the app.Worked out pretty well and the food was okay whenever it got home. My only problem was that I ordered more than I could eat. However, my son’s porterhouse was over cooked by a lot. He ordered med-rare and got almost well done.
I’m guessing it’s because when you sit at the restaurant, you get your food hot and it’s cooked to the right temperature. But when you order for pick up , it has time to fully rest and I guess it overcooks. I’m not sure, that’s the first time we’ve done pick up. Every time we eat there in person, it’s perfect and I really love their food.

My wife and I took our son out for his birthday. All of us left there very happy. The food was amazing, hot, and fresh, and the flavors (seasoning) were exactly as they should be. The moment we walked in we felt welcomed and that never changed. We will return and we recommend this restaurant highly.

Busy place somewhat loud- expect to wait- sometimes as long as 2hrs for a table during their peak times. Beef tips were great, sliders were overcooked and dry. Mashed potatoes and other sides were all delicious. Service was great.

I didn’t think I would ever have to have a review start with the line “I feel uncomfortable for being gay in today’s environment.” My husband and I wanted to get lunch and we decided to sit at the bar. What followed was a short staffed lunch followed by our bartender/waitress being left to fend for herself with a full packed bar.
Next, we got stared at from across the bar by a couple who was clearly uncomfortable with us even existing. I felt super uncomfortable eating my lunch, not to mention the fact that I had to send my burger back, which on top of the list of other issues was really the cherry on top. I get it, It’s Texas Roadhouse but at the same time, I shouldn’t feel like somebody’s going to get up and tell me I’m wrong for existing.
Don’t know if I’m going to go back, or even step foot in any other Texas Roadhouse location.

Be careful using the app at this location. I purchased dinner for the family and the total price doesn’t appear until after the “payment method” is entered. Two extra entrees were added to bill. I immediately called the store. After a long hold time a person answered and told me that my order would be “fixed”. Order picked up and an ammended receipt was attached with the corrected amount. Unfortunately I was still billed for the extra entrees and no credit was given. Ill use Longhorn next time

We don’t eat here to often but when we do it’s always good. Not this time. Service was average but the food and drinks were bad. My 12 oz. rib-eye was tough and didn’t taste or look like a rib-eye. My wife’s sangria margarita was weak with just enough sangria to turn it light pink. Very disappointed.
