Sat at the bar on a Thursday and had a fantastic experience. It’s no wonder this place is so perpetually busy. The food was great and done perfectly to order. The bartender, Kirsten, and the server (didn’t catch the name) were both great.

Music is always too loud but it was fast and friendly service, very attentive, food was hot and delicious. Hostess sat us right away, we got our waitress immediately getting our drinks and checking in on us. As more people came in, we noticed they were spread out and not all crowded in one area. Food was to order, every little detail was great and piping hot. Price is to be expected.

I’ve been wanting to eat there for quite a while the weight was not long. It was mid afternoon on Saturday about 4 o’clock. We were seated in the bar area, which I really didn’t care for, but that was OK. A buzzing noise kept going off in the bar. I don’t know what it was for, but it was quite annoying. Our waitress was terribly slow. Our food was average at best. I had to send back my baked potato because the butter would not even melt on it. It was so cold. The ribs that were ordered were definitely not fall off the bone. Everything appeared to have been sitting under a heat lamp for a while.
The waitress never came back and offered another tea or a to go tea or even to fill up the tea glass. Then she brought us the wrong change came back and said oh I gave you too much change and wanted us to give it all back to her which we did.
I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what at the service was definitely As was the food, I don’t know when we will be back as it is a long trip for us to come, certainly not the same standards as the one in Tyler

Ordered a well done steak told waiter kyle to make sure the cook knew I don’t eat pink or red meat i stated this strongly.it came out bloody when I cut it I waited sent back potato came back cold meat was still pink after 20 mins of sending back i told her to filet it and make sure no pink and it came back out pink they didnt filet it from my own cut .i told the waiter my potato was cold he said are u sure i saw them warm it why are we assuming customers that are being patient are lying to staff?the manager apologized and gave 10% off mine and offered another side at this point i was done my husband had finished eating his meal I wasn’t sending back a 3rd time so I boxed it up and left please slow down and cook accordingly some of us don’t do raw meat.

Was ok, rolls super hot but not impressed with food. Steak was supposed to be well with no pink. I go to my local roadhouse in Ohio several times a month and always great. This one was not,order was wrong and service not the best.

We had the beef tips with potatoes and vegetables and the prime rib with corn and applesauce. Food was prepared correctly and tasted great. Service was amazing! One of the best waitresses we have had.

Just got done eating here, my daughter wanted to celebrate her birthday here so we went. She ordered a burger and a little ways into it she says it tastes funny. When inspected we discovered it was completely uncooked. We did receive a new burger but it made my 11 year old daughter completely sick. We still got charged! I will definitely not be returning to the location and I cannot recommend it enough that if you value good cooked food, stay far away from this place.

The food is good and it’s quick even when they’re busy. That’s the thing they’re usually busy but you can get in and out of there in a reasonable amount of time. I will say that it’s a little loud in there.
