I ordered an 11 oz sirloin with ribs, caesar salad and steak fries. Also ordered the cactus blossom. Sadly, I forgot to take pics so the pics are from my to go plates. Lol The food was delicious. My medium-well steak order came medium so they took it back and fired it a bit longer. Second time back was well but that was ok with me. The Caesar salad was good. Fries were good. Steak and ribs were fantastic. The ribs were melt in your mouth tender. And last but not least, the hot, buttered yeast rolls were so so good. Our server, April, rocked. Thanks for working so hard for us, April!

I had a medium well steak and it was one of the best I’ve eaten. The baked potato and steamed broccoli was also very good. They serve rolls and butter & peanuts which are also very good. My husband got a 1/2 rack of ribs with sides. To be honest, he thought the ribs were a little dry. They were good though. Our waitress, Lily, was excellent! We will be going back Price was $20-$25.

The biggest thing is that it’s always packed. Very expensive for what? With all due respect I love the looks of the place but it’s very crowded even when you eat. You can hear so many conversations bc all the table are less than like two-5 feet away.. imagine how easy it is to get sick there just by someone sneezing.. But anyway I’ve been here before and wow how I enjoyed it but man the meat idk who cooked it that day or if it’s the same person in the kitchen, but my boyfriend asked for a well down steak and it came back dried up like it’s been sitting on the counter for way too long. The moment we saw it we looked at each other like “wth”. He tasted it.. and ohh! the outside was burnt too, but he was like “I asked for well done not burnt” it made me laugh actually, but honestly I felt bad bc he had to pay for it and he even was from another state to try this.. For my food it was actually great besides the steak too. It was medium raw like I asked but the outside taste like burnt pieces of meat.. not what I was expecting especially from the steak That’s the reason we came for…

The food was good but they didn’t cook the meat the way we asked, gave us the wrong sides but got the right ones after we asked. And keep getting unsweetened tea when we asked for sweet. It was 1pm on Wednesday and really busy so I still have the girl a $10 tip but probably will not go back. This is the 2nd time that’s happened.

Awesome service. Left cotton patch tyler after 30 min and not even a drink order. Cp Manager was fighting with someone on the phone ane waitress stood next to her not waiting on her customers. Then therecwas Dillon at texas road house. EXCELLENT WAITER!!!

I order a rare 8oz York strip they brought it out to my table and it was cooked well done so I sent it back and asked for rare the manager brought out a raw steak like it came out of the fridge and asked if that would work. I have eaten at alot of different texas roadhouse and have never had this problem. This felt like a slap to that face and like no body really cared other then my waitress she did a great job.

I have to wonder why this location never seems to offer the “Family Size Chicken Critters” I’ve checked over a dozen times and always says “currently unavailable” yet you can order everything in the meal separately.
Is it too much work? Not enough $$? If so just take it off the menu.
