This was my first time at this location but I’ve been to a bunch of other locations before. Even though this is a chain restaurant I have to say that it has always been great from the food all the way to the staff each restaurant that I visited in different states has been awesome.

If I could give the service anything more then 5 stars I would. Even though there was a small mix up with our order, our server, the super duper amazing Denver, took care of us the whole evening. The steaks arrived perfect and HOT off the grill.

If I could rate this 0stars, I would. We were trying to take my mother, who has been battling congestive heart failure, out for a nice dinner. There were six of us. My mother also has a severe injury to her right foot. We usually do not go out because of this, but she was feeling very down and defeated, so we opted to take her out. What a mistake it was to try this location. Because it was 3:30pm they refused to put us in a less populated area so that she would not get hit by potential passersby. We politely explained the situation and asked for a table in a less populated area and were refused because it was before 5:30pm and half the restaurant was closed due to the time only. They refused to, in any way, shape or form accommodate my handicapped mother. We will never go back to another Roadhouse. They are not willing to accommodate handicap people. I have attached a receipt to the restaurant we actually ended up at instead.

We always have an amazing experience at Texas Road house. The atmosphere is always Top Tier and the servers are on point. I never have a complaint but this particular time the house salad was horrible and the Italian dressing taste like it was spoiled. But on the flip side the steaks were cooked just right and seasoned perfect. It was very clean in the restaurant and it was also wheelchair accessible. Bathroom was extremely clean absolutely no complaints. Drop by and fill your belly!

I am a big fan of Texas Roadhouse, but I had a few bad experiences in the city I moved from and hadn’t gone since I moved here; well over a year ago. I did miss their food, so I decided to go. I’m glad I did! I give Longview Texas big props! My steak was cooked perfect, mushrooms; delicious, and I loved the Caesar salad. My daughter ordered the chicken strips and loaded baked potato. They were on point! Now the buns left a lot to be desired. They were small and odd shaped. I missed those delicious Roadhouse buns that are light & fluffy. They have a great staff that handled the crowds of people amazingly. They sure could use some more waiting space though! Nonetheless, I definitely recommend it!

My shrimp was good, steak had no flavor & my potato was cold. Husband said his steak had no flavor, paid extra for onions & mushrooms, they weren’t grilled. Looked almost boiled.

Great service and food. I sat at the bar, and Hannah was a very pleasant and knowledgeable bartender. She ensured I had everything that I needed. Drinks were cold, and she kept them coming. I ordered the Grilled Pork Chop with a side of BBQ Ribs. Everything was prepared and seasoned perfectly.
