First id like to say cheers in being the only reasaurant in Greenville that was open. I know that out in a lot of pressure on the cooks and full staff, but I believe that if you can cook you should be able to do it under any situation.
I ordered the serlion (medium) and chicken combo. We got there at 6:15. The first time out about 35 mins in, the steak came out too well done, I mentioned it to the manager William. I waited for another 35 or so mins so and a new one came out too raw. So a recoil should have been quick but it took another 25 mins. I ate the chicken the first time, the veggies cold the second time and nothing left to eat with my steak because William didn’t offer to take all my food, he specifically asked for just my steak each time. It was not a good meal, sorry to say. I feel like he should have apologized and offered to take all my food to ensure I had all my food together and warm. I mentioned this to him and he said nothing. Picture is of the last steak that came out. Pic is a little dark.

Just FYI… YOU CANNOT MOVE TABLES TOGETHER HERE!!! The workplace Karen let me know as soon as I touched a table. Having a good time here though the food is great, the waiter Carter is the absolute best waiter I’ve ever had at any chain place. The only thing is that you aren’t allowed to scoot tables together so if you have a big party go somewhere else this place isn’t accommodating to that even though they want you to tip their employees.

My family and I enjoy Texas Roadhouse food very much! At this location we usually order our food from their mobile app and park in the “To Go” section. The customer service at this location has always been friendly and informative. They always have prepared our food in proper cartons and bags to carry without feeling overwhelmed. Our food is always hot and delicious and packed with the right condiments. I appreciate the way Texas Roadhouse treats my spouse when they find out she’s a veteran – thanking her for her service and adding a discount to our meals.

This is not a quiet intimate setting, it’s loud and busy. BUT the food is consistently excellent! I love their steak, beautifully prepared every time. Salad is fresh as well as theirs veggies. Sarah was our server; such a delight and very attentive. You won’t regret making this your dinner stop.

Once again, Texas Roadhouse had great food, awesome atmosphere, and quick seating. However, I did have two issues since I must be honest and give both sides of the coin.
I ordered the “smothered chicken,” and it was fantastic. Unfortunately, it was rather small. I’ve noticed recently that they have downsized some of their portion sizes. The only other issue is that both of the tables across from where I was sitting had leftover butter cups, napkins, and food on the floor. Normally, that would not be an issue, but this was a rather large amount of debris that needed attention. Overall, solid B+. Will definitely be going back.

Very western, but I kinda liked it. The environment was cowboyish which is why it was mostly that. Us normal folks didn’t really fit in, JK.
Food was great, brisket a little dry, not juicy like I’m used to in Cali.
My daughter’s and I fell in love with the onion blossom. We tore it up! The hot wings were amazing and my husband enjoyed the ribs but felt they tasted better and more juicer at the one in Garland.

Wanted to try this new location, we went about 3:30 because we knew they would be busy. Even tho the lot was full we got a table right away. Our waitress was very attentive, and we had rolls and butter and our drinks quickly. We ordered the loaded cheese fries appetizer, one complaint was that when it came out the cheese wasn’t melted, and it could have used ranch dipping sauce, but they were good. I got the 1/2 slab and my husband got the chicken tenders. The salads were fresh and crispy, and our food was delicious. Our waitress came by regularly to check on us, bring refills, take away empty plates and glasses. A very good meal, we will be back!
Update, we went Sunday for my birthday, got there at 11, got a table, rolls and drinks quickly. Got the fried pickles and they were great. I got the 6 oz/ shrimp combo and the shrimp were delicious! My steak was cooked perfect. My husband got the half slab and they were very tender. Excellent waitress, I think she said her name was rosemary or Rosalie, short blond woman, she was awesome.

I’m gave the 2 because of this mosquito or in my sweet tea. When I notified a waitress about the bug she ignored the issue didn’t get the manager or offer another tea so I waited for our waitress to come and address the issue. She had the manager to come over address the issue and she gave us a appetizer gift card and apologize the proceeded to explain how she got flies in her own home. Yet teach other waitress whether their waiting on a table or not if a customer show you a bug in their drink address the issue instead of continuing with your duties of serving bread and butter Mckinney Texas Location
