Texas Roadhouse on E 71st St in Tulsa, OK was a great dining experience from start to finish. We kicked things off with the combo appetizer featuring rattlesnake bites, twisted mozzarella, and tater skins, which was perfect for sharing and full of flavor. For our entrées, we ordered two 8oz sirloins—one paired with green beans and loaded mashed potatoes, and the other with grilled shrimp, green beans, and a loaded baked potato. Everything was cooked just right and tasted fresh. The rolls, as always, were warm, fluffy, and impossible to resist. The wait staff was excellent—friendly, attentive, and efficient—which made the entire visit even better. Overall, a consistently solid meal with great service that we’d happily return for.

Texas Roadhouse is always a favorite place to go. Hey, who doesn’t love a good steak?
They serve a huge variety and sizes of mouth watering steaks. They have New York Strip, Filet, Sirloin, Prime Rib and Ribeye. You can also choose from a variety of two different sides.
I usually get the 6 oz Hand Cut Serloin, medium rare with their real mashed potatoes and a side of broccoli with added sautéed mushrooms and onions. (Are you salivating yet?)
If you aren’t in the mood for a steak, they also have chicken cooked several different delicious ways.
I can’t forget to mention starters which purchased alone could almost suffice as it’s own meal. (But why when you’ve come for their famous steaks?) I admit that I usually bring home what I don’t eat.
And it would not do justice to forget they celebrate Special Occassions in a Big Texas style. They encourage the restaurant patrons to join them in the occasion with hoots and hollers!
When you are hankering for a well made steak with great service and atmosphere, this is the place to go.

Steaks are perfect! Atmosphere is great , place is always full with people and it’s always a line. But I always go for the bar they have a promotion for gift card too .

Went with my husband and son. The ribs were really good, so were the sides and cactus blossom. My husbands steak was okay, but my son’s 12 oz was more fat than meat. Would definitely think for the price it’d be more edible than it was.

Normally the food is good. The place is incredibly loud. You can’t have a dining conversation and the birthday celebrations can rattle your eardrums. We went for a good steak a couple weeks ago. My wife and I both ordered Filets prepared medium. Mine was good but hers was pretty rare and tough. She sent it back for further cooking but it took so long mine was done and she was no longer in the mood to eat. The steak was cooked better but still tough. The manager didn’t really listen to our concerns about the tough steak and we weren’t offered anything for compensation. I gave my wife a few bites of mine. We paid for two steaks and really only enjoyed one. Service was subpar thst night. We paid and got out unsatisfied with our experience.

My spouse enjoyed the BBQ chicken; said it was tender enough to just cut with his fork.
I enjoyed the herb crusted chicken, which was basically blackened chicken.
We never knew that we had these options and usually just had the grilled chicken in the past, so we’re thankful for the variety.
We also have Alpha-Gal and can’t eat any mammal. They were great and cooked our chicken away from the beef and pork, however, we failed to realize that the green beans had bacon in them until my spouse took a bite. They exchanged it and we will learn…
Just learned today that those with Alpha-Gal should avoid the sweet potatoes. Fortunately, I always take a precautionary allergy medicine prior to eating out. Plus, I didn’t eat the skin.

Very accommodating staff. I have a handicap and needed to be moved tables and they were so helpful and understanding. The wait staff were great: and even the floor manager came to check on us! Food was awesome as well. What a great experience.

The food was great for myself, my husband on the other hand ordered a New York steak and it looked the the other half of my steak.. it was tasty though, mine. I did not appreciate the waitress taking the gift card out of my husbands hand when the machine was not reading it. Her disgust because it was a gift card we received at Christmas for a nice date night was not appreciated, or because he couldn’t get it to work idk. When she realized it was not all on the card her attitude changed. It was a “whoo girl” night so that was unpleasant. Good food though, she still got a %15 percent tip 🙂

One of the best Steakhouses in the city and it shows. Always busy, my visit was incredibly packed with guests. I had a very long wait, there were some mistakes with the order, but the quality of the food cannot be understated. Great product, perfectly prepared. Highly recommended, just be prepared to wait, or make a reservation.

I signed up on the waitlist to reduce my time waiting. It said my wait would be 25 – 35 minutes. When I got there, I was told I would wait another hour. What is the point of signing up for the waitlist if you are still subject to waiting time as people who just walk-in???? Food is good, but that just made me not want to go back. Just remove the waitlist feature at this point.
