We had dinner at Texas Roadhouse in Enid on a busy Friday night, and service was impressively quick! I ordered a sweet tea and so did our kid, but my cup felt gritty on the outside (like it missed a proper wash), and her tea came out unsweetened without the lemon we asked for. We mentioned it, and the staff fixed it right away, which we appreciated.

The kids’ cheeseburger presentation wasn’t great — the patty wasn’t even on the bun — but our steaks and main meals came out perfect, cooked just the way we wanted. Honestly, that’s the most important part and they nailed it.

My advice would be to slow down just a little bit — it’s better to get it right than to rush. We really do love Texas Roadhouse, and we’re glad Enid has such a solid chain option for a good sit-down meal. The servers are always friendly, and the overall service is good. For the price, though, slowing down a bit would make the experience feel even better.

When they crank the music up so loud that it hurts your ears and they refuse to turn it down I’ve got a problem with that. We went in to eat a quiet dinner in remembrance of my sister, who’d past away the year before. The manager on duty was not very accommodating at the request turn in dow. When I just called to talk to the General Manager today, the woman informed me that she was there and they did turn it down when in all actuality they had turned it up. We’ve been going in there for two years and NEVER has the music been that LOUD! When I started to go back to my table, other customers were covering their ears as well. I can understand they have to dance to music every 45 minutes but not to the discomfort and detriment of the paying customers. They’ve just lost two cuts who will take their business elsewhere. We are really good tippers so that’s a loss to your wait staff also. Shame on you folks for not taking care of your customers instead of your fun and games.

When we realized the music was NOT going to be turned down, I asked for to-go boxes. We had just had our meals delivered to the table. I hadn’t even dug into my chicken fried steak yet when this happened. We literally brought home our entire meals so we could eat in peace. That’s not cool.

So if you wMt loud, rude and obnoxious go ahead and eat at this restaurant.

Great food. Great atmosphere. Let me just give a shout-out to our server, Kiarra (probably misspelled her name). She was attentive to our table and was smiling and kind each time she returned. At the end of our meal she made a sweet gesture that brought tears to my eyes. May God bless this sweet girl and your business! Good help is hard to find but this girl is a keeper!

The dancing and clapping of hands with loud music is way too much. I asked who the manager was and she was one of the ones acting a fool with her jeans way too tight that looked like they were gonna split at any moment had a stuck up attitude when I complained about the stupidity of clapping hands and trying to act like she and her crew even had a clue of what they were doing, so much for a peaceful dinner. I will NOT be returning to this restaurant EVER!!! our waitress was amazing though. If it were not for our amazing waitress I would have walked out!!!!!!

My family and I visited the restaurant on November 18th to celebrate my birthday. We informed our server, Zakyah, that it was my birthday. She responded by saying, “Let me see if there are servers available,” but then essentially ignored us and blew us off. Throughout the entire meal, nothing was done to acknowledge the occasion. She made us feel unwelcome and was noticeably unfriendly. In my opinion, she only came to our table when necessary because she expected a tip.

The only person who made us feel welcome was the manager. After we paid the bill, a family member reminded Zakyah again that we were celebrating my birthday, and she gave the same vague response before disappearing into the kitchen. We all believe she was just waiting for us to leave.

We had young children with us who were excited to hear the birthday singing—that was truly the main reason we mentioned it. If it had just been my wife and me, it wouldn’t have mattered as much. I cannot emphasize enough how cold and unprofessional Zakyah was throughout our visit. At the very least, she should receive coaching on basic professionalism and hospitality toward guests.

Ordered the 16 oz prime rib (medium) and it was very rare and bloody! Waitress asked if we wanted to talk to a manager we said NO! The manager came to our table anyways……
Yes they offered to take the meal and cook it to temp. We refused. Tell the cook to cook it right the 1st time. Our Waitress never came back with our refills of soda either. The music was very loud as well. Stopped a different waitress to get to go boxes.

In town for work, my go to spot in every town is the bar at Texas Roadhouse. First time at this location and Bella made a great impression. She was a very excellent bartender, friendly and quick!

It was a lively Sunday night, but fortunately, the wait was only ten minutes. The salad was crisp and refreshing, and the steaks were perfectly cooked just as we liked. The beer was nice and cold, and the service was quick and very friendly. The manager was constantly checking in on us, making sure everyone was comfortable. Overall, it was an excellent and reasonably priced dinner experience that we thoroughly enjoyed.

My son wanted to visit Texas Roadhouse for his birthday. We let the waitress know it was his birthday and listened as two other tables had their birthday guest sang to. We asked for the staff to sign happy birthday for our son to two different staff members. Our first request was ignored and the second time we were told they were too busy. Our ticket was $170, not a cheap meal for our pocketbook but wanted to treat him. My son commented on the situation and honestly it ruined the evening. The service manager did give me a voucher when I brought it to her attention, she also mentioned she would address this with the waitress. While I do appreciate her effort, my son’s birthday just lost a little bit of the spark it had to begin with.
