Terrible food. My steak was undercooked so it was sent back to the kitchen. When it was returned the color was okay but it was burnt to a crisp. I couldn’t eat it because it was so tough. My son’s NY strip steak was half unedible. There was a disgusting chunk of fat bigger than the size of the palm of a hand. The manager was unprofessional. I don’t remember her name. She blamed us for the steak problem as if it was our fault. After she argued with us over the unsatisfactory food she finally agreed to comp one steak but refused to on the other one. This place is terrible do not waste your time or money. I will say, however, that our server, Seth, was great. He did an outstanding job. He was much more professional than the manager we dealt with.

I came to Texas Roadhouse to celebrate my one-year anniversary of living in Lawton, Oklahoma and it couldn’t have been a better choice! From the moment I walked in, the place had good energy — country music, friendly staff, and that smell of fresh rolls in the air
The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender and full of flavor The loaded baked potato was perfectly crispy on the outside, cheesy and packed with bacon inside The sweet corn was buttery and fresh, and those warm rolls with the cinnamon butter… dangerous in the best way
I ended my meal with the strawberry cheesecake and it was smooth, creamy, and just the right amount of sweet. The service was friendly and quick, and even though it was busy, I didn’t wait long at all.
Overall, it was such a good experience and the perfect way to celebrate one year in my new city Great food, great atmosphere, and pure comfort vibes all around!

Service was ok. Same Texas Roadhouse atmosphere and vibes. The food was not up to par. Steak was cooked to desired temp but was thin and a bit dry. They originally gave me a kids size ribs with my combo. Exchanged it with a more appropriate size but those ribs were dry. All the food lacked flavor. I also ordered a long island iced tea. There was zero alcohol in it until I added the kicker. Not worth the amount of money spent. I expected better from a new recently opened location.

I really haven’t been to a Texas Roadhouse in many years, but this was the first time coming back, especially to a brand new one that they build off of NW Cache Rd, all I have to say, I just love new building itself, along with the amazing food and service as well.
Love it especially. I would like to come back here in the near future to try out more at their amazing food and drinks as well.

I came to eat with my group (4 people total) and we had a great experience. We were seated within 5 minutes of arriving despite how busy it was, and the wait on our food was very acceptable. The environment was energetic and everything looked well cleaned.
Tori took care of us for the night and she was exceptional! She was very kind, had no problems answering our questions, and kept our table clean of dishes as we ate. The restaurant was packed but we were never left waiting for refills on drinks and rolls. Two of the managers also stopped at our table to ensure we were taken care of. The service was fantastic, and the food was delicious to boot.

Reservations were made. Still waited about 40 min. Waitress Hayli, was amazing! She was able to provide quick, friendly service to our party of 10.
The environment is very loud. If you are sensitive to noises, take this in consideration. Of course, most restaurants are noisy, but this is beyond that.
Now to the food. The food was not great. I ordered the steak kabobs, and it was super sweet/salty. The steak was cooked as ordered and tasted pretty decent. Whatever seasoning they put on the food was too much for my likings.
I’m not sure if I would visit again. I do appreciate the friendly service from our waitress. It made our visit more tolerable.

I am very disappointed with my experience at TR tonight. One, it took over an hour to get my food to go. This would’ve been fine except I came in after waiting 30 mins in my car for the text that my order was ready which I never got. When I said my name, the young lady grabbed it off the waiting area. Cool, so I’ve just been sitting in my cold car for a text that didn’t come. I told her I’ve been waiting for over an hour and never got my text. She looked at me with vacant eyes and whispered “we’ve been very busy.” Whatever. Took my food home, our steaks are COLD!!! What??? We got 2 ribeyes! My ribeye was cold and overcooked. I asked for medium. What is going on? My husband’s was cold and cooked right. And guess who got a text that our food was ready when I was already home? I’m not trying to be a Karen but come on TR. As much as I paid for this order, I expected better. We used to eat here 2-3x a month. I don’t know if I’ll be returning after this.
