Great place to eat, good food… Reasonable price for what you get.
I got the chef salad and the potato skins. They were fantastic.
Obviously the fillets and other meats are great too.

First of all the rolls are legit and paired with honey butter….wow! I had the chicken critter salad with no cheese. It was really good. I was shocked. To be honest I’ve never been a fan of this place. But the food was good and the service was excellent. I would definitely go back.

We stopped in from out of town and ordered a prime rib cooked medium. We were told they only had one left and when it finally came out it looked like it had been cooked well done. It also had a hair. The manager did take it off our ticket and we got a sirloin instead which was good. We also got steamed veggies when we ordered grilled (no biggie) but they were very undercooked. The lil Dillo bites we ordered medium and they were well done. The ribs we got were really good. They made our order right but that is a lot of issues. On top of it all the restaurant was FREEZING. We went and got blankets from our car and the people next to us also complained about the temps. We are Roadhouse fans but this was not a good experience.

We frequent this TRH quite often but haven’t been in a while (they’ve never disappointed, it’s just kinda far), but I felt the need to come to Google to share our experience tonight.
I can easily say TRH is and has been our favorite restaurant for well over 5+ years.
Tonight we had a one of the best experiences. Our server Kaylee was absolutely amazing, took care of us excellently and made this visit such a special one. She deserves ALL the praise for her hard work and great attitude towards hospitality.
Food and drinks were absolutely divine, as usual. Their new additions to the menu were smart moves in my humble opinion.
Just overall an amazing experience! Thank you Kaylee and TRH for always being there for us. We love you and will most definitely be back..
PS – Please build one closer to Fayetteville and bring Kaylee lol

Our waitress Kaitlyn was amazing! She made sure to include our granddaughter in the ordering process (which made her feel good) and we really appreciated her for that. Kaitlyn does a great job and that in itself is worth coming back for.

Was Really excited to eat here. Had been awhile. I ordered a Burger and said Medium. It came out Burnt . Tasted Horrible. I also didn’t no they Don’t put condiments on the burger. So they brought me out mustard and mayonnaise packets. I had to spend 10 minutes tearing open packages of mustard & mayo to put on my burger. Then eat a Cold Burnt Burger. I can’t believe how down hill it seems this place has gone. I told the waitress of this. She said sorry.
Ya that will fix it. Service was Good and salad was Good. Really feels like I was put out. Spend that kind of money for major disappointment.

Fun steakhouse environment. Loved that the hostess picked up rolls on the way to our table so we had fresh rolls right away. Our server was very friendly and was helpful with our selections.

I finally came to the infamous Texas Roadhouse after all these years of people telling me how amazing it is, well…this was, by far, the worst steakhouse experience I’ve been forced to be a part of. We called over, got put on the wait-list for 30 minutes under the wrong name, and the hostess was incredibly stand-offish to us. The waiting room and front area has the most confusing set-up. They ask you to stand-by for seating right next to a line of customers leaving, it’s a huge mess. We were seated in the back and really, it was a huge amount of noise. Our server immediately walked up to us and talked the suggestive sell talk at 100 m.p.h. which was odd… we ordered coffee with cream, but he never brought the creamer… so I asked him for creamer twice, then for sugar… then he forget to bring sugar for fifteen minutes, so our coffees were lukewarm by the time he finally remembered us. I ordered the boneless wings appetizer, but the Buffalo sauce was disgustingly runny and the ranch was like glue. My mother ordered the smokehouse burger (asked for the burger to be cooked medium-well), but instead got a rare burger, greasy bun, with no sauce and dry French fries. I got the 6 oz sirloin cooked medium with mushrooms and shrimp, mashed potatoes and green beans… and every aspect of the meal was grotesque. Steak turned out to be rare and oozing blood, burnt and salty mushrooms, dry shrimp, onion flavored green beans…I could barely eat a bite of any of it. We would’ve asked for our server to fix it, but he was nowhere to be found for another thirty minutes. He never came around to check on us, refill the coffee…nothing. We couldn’t find a manager either… not a helpful server in sight, so we lost any hope of having a decent dinner tonight so we just paid the bill in full…well, that was a struggle too because the kiosk was BROKEN. Our server FINALLY came back around to take our card and help us pay…whatever. At this point, I just wanted to leave and hopefully we’ll never come back. The hostesses never bothered telling us to have a good night on our way our, either. They kept looking away every chance they got…and no, there weren’t any guests waiting or customers nearby, no aspect of their job occupying their attention. I can’t believe Texas Roadhouse gets so much traffic where people wait HOURS just to sit, wait forever and get such poor service and horrible food. What a waste.
