To go orders have to be placed outside or the app. For someone driving through the area and it was extremely cold outside not very welcoming. Efficiency standpoint it makes sense to separate onsite customers from to go/pickup.
This was my first experience here and the food was not good. The honey cinnamon butter is like an oil base not good butter at all. As someone who grew up on a dairy farm and has traveled globally and eaten some amazing butter the texture is very oily in the mouth and on the lips. Not good.
The ribeye was tough and tasted old.
The loaded baked potato was lifeless and had been sitting in an oven since opening I’m guessing. The jacket smelled burned and the inside were cold and a bit gluey.
The Mac & cheese was a rendition of a cross between school Mac & cheese & craft. Very disappointing.
The ice machine needs to be cleaned as the ice has a strange flavor that throws off the Dr Pepper flavor.
Needless to say I won’t be back. I wanted to really enjoy and like with all the hype around this chain, but alas it is highly overpriced & overrated.

The food was delicious. I had the 12oz ribeye, baked potato and salad. The service was good, but not great. We were a party of 16. We had three waiters, but they weren’t really keeping up. A manager stopped by to ask if we needed anything, we told him. He didn’t do anything. I ended up getting up myself to get what I needed.
We went after my cousin’s graduation. They wouldn’t allow us to make a reservation at the time we requested and didn’t seat us at our reservation time. They said they had to wait until additional wait staff arrived.

The last 2 times I have been outstanding visits. The food and service were excellent.

I always enjoy Texas Roadhouse when I want a meal that’s actually tasty and I know I won’t be disappointed. One suggestion for this location, since you are in the area, is to offer bottled water. Tap water here doesn’t taste so good.

Can’t go wrong with TR! Smothered Steak/loaded potato w fries; and accomplice got Grilled Chicken salad. Both were great, steak cooked ideal and seasoned to perfection.
They’re always busy, but was seated immediately and waitress took orders etc. Parking’s fine, not far off the I-20 if passing through like us.

Busy Wednesday night. We got seated right away however there was a 10 min wait by the time we left at 7 pm. So use the app to get on the wait list! The dinner for two was the perfect option for my wife and I.

Received a warm greeting and our service was excellent! Julio was our server tonight and we didn’t have to spend a moment trying to get his attention for anything. Drinks were promptly refilled, dinner rolls brought, and he inquired frequently, but not so much as to interfere with our conversation about if we needed anything.
The Steaks were done to perfection and so were the Ribs!
Awesome chili and fried pickles as side dishes.
Fried pickles are one of my favorite, but I am so frequently disappointed in. But these were a home run!
I asked for my steak medium and that’s what I got to perfection! My friend asked for well done and was satisfied with his. This is the first time in a long while that I have dined out with my friend and he didn’t have any complaints about either food or service.
And the two meals were very reasonable priced with there two meal specials!

I’ve been to Texas Roadhouse many times and I can tell you that my waitress April, was absolutely amazing very friendly, helpful and just all around the best waitress I’ve interacted with in a long time. It’s great to know that there’s still a waitress who 1. Knows what she’s doing. 2. Has a very helpful and friendly positive attitude. And just genuine %. 5 star review here if the manager sees this review she should be rewarded. Everyone should be like this real one.

Asked for a medium prime rib, it was more medium well, only seasoning on one side, my wife bone in ribeye was cooked well done when she wanted medium well. Waitress wasn’t that attentive. And we discovered it disgusting under our table midway through our meal because I stepped on a knife under the table.

Used to love this place, but nowadays it’s not worth the long wait times and that’s if you can even find parking. It’s busy, I get it, but it’s crazy to spend 45 minutes waiting on a steak just for it to come out overcooked alongside appetizers that should have come out at least 10 minutes before the meal. There’s even a wait on bread 9 times out of 10. I can appreciate the service as it’s a fast pace place, but the quality has gone very downhill.

Main menue took over 45 minutes. In itself that is not bad since it was very busy. Two parties who ordered approximately 20 minutes after us recieved there food before us.
When we finally recieved our food mine was only warm.
