We went today and had a sad experience. I honestly love their steak and choose to go here for my birthday almost every year. This was my first experience at this location. It began with an almost 30 minute wait after being on the web list. I checked in when we got there- it was supposed to be a 5-15 minute wait. After watching many people arrive and be seated ahead of us, I asked the girl at the front, and she apologized for skipping us and checked us in “again.” Our waitress was great. We did not get bread until we asked. It took almost 20 minutes for our food, my baked potato side was forgotten. My husband and my steaks were almost burnt. He asked for medium rare, me medium. I NEVER complain, but mine was so chewy that I could not eat it. I tried cutting it in multiple places. They took them back to redo them. My daughters both finished all of their food, I finished my potato and green beans. We still didn’t have our steaks so I asked to just cancel mine. My husband’s second steak came out almost raw. The manager had come to see us before the steak cooking issue but did not after. All around, it was a frustrating experience. There are too many restaurants to choose to spend our money here again.

Made the mistake and went here on a Sunday. About 40 people were lined up starting at 10:45.
We went straight to the bar when we finally got inside .
The bartender’s service was excellent.
I ordered the prime rib rare.
1/3 of it was all fat.
The actual meat had a great taste , wasn’t as tender as it has been in the past.
Green beans are seasoned very well.
Ordered mashed potatoes with white gravy, gravy was very salty.
Next time I’ll opt for the house salad instead.
The place was very packed when we left 45 minutes later.

This place is great every time we go! Good portions amazing and service is amazing. Our server Zoey was extremely sweet and super duper nice! I got a kids rib and I had so much food left over!

My friend from Louisiana recommended me this place, and i can honestly say , AMAZING! Right away from entrance, lovely waitresses welcomed up and gave up the table . The food was delicious, we had a sirloin steak medium, and we were truly happy. All the sides were perfectly done and tasteful, too. There was nothing you would not love. I am highly recommending as a person who loves steaks ! I will definitely return once i will be back here from the United Kingdom Everyone can eat as many peanuts as they want, really nice thing!

I’m going to be honest, when I came here I wasn’t expecting much for a steak from a chain restaurant…but man, I don’t think I’ve ever been happier to be wrong! The prime rib was just so incredibly juicy, tender, and flavorful. It just melts in your mouth. It just pairs perfectly with the horseradish sauce. And the snake bites were phenomenal! The Buffalo bites were so tender and spicy, especially when paired with the blue cheese. And the drinks! Wow! They were stronger than I thought they’d be! Everything was just so delicious! And we had some of the BEST service from our wonderful server, Kaitlyn!! I can’t wait to come back!

Everything from the rolls to the dinner was excellent. I ordered the 12oz Ribeye and it was perfectly cooked. Plus we got a free blooming onion for my birthday. Our waitress was amazing and so sweet and the MOD was very kind and welcoming. We enjoyed our night and shopped after!

Tonight was one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in a while! The food was perfect and well-timed! The place was packed and busy but the staff worked like a well-oiled machine. Even the bussers were stepping up to help out and run food. Our server Grace went above and beyond and was an absolute delight. She really made our experience one of a kind! Next time I’m in town, I will definitely be coming back and asking for Grace!

Even though the wait was about 45 minutes for a table, it was wonderful after that. I gave my number to the girl at the door, and she put me on the wait list, and I waited until I got a text that a table was open. Once we went in it was great. The server was nice and helpful, the steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the waitress was great about checking on us Eben though they were slam packed. It was our anniversary dinner, and they even sang and everything.
The atmosphere is nothing spectacular, it looks exactly the same inside as any other Texas Roadhouse, but the staff and food was great. Also the mocktails seem great, but they just aren’t as good as the real thing.

Always busy. Expect to wait for a table. It’s because the serve the best steaks around. If you’re not feeling like beef,then try the porkchop plate. It is delicious!
